Good day,I had an outrageous bill from Neibauer Dental Clinic located at Waldorf, MD of $779.80. It was a mistake that I paid for the bill because there was an "on-progress" dispute that time, which I got confused, and I have requested a refund from the company but as of this time, I had multiple push-backs or delays from Neibauer. I disputed because I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and the dental partials weren't or never been delivered to me which meant that I shouldn't have been billed for that at all. Kindly help me to receive the refund of the money amounting to $582.45 according to the Neibauer's billing department. I just don't understand why it's taking a lot of push-backs and stress, and discomfort mostly these trying times where I have to deal and juggle with my financial difficulties and my personal medical condition. As a valued and long-time customer of Neibauer, I believe I deserve some respect and good service and consideration about my concerns and they failed to do their part and job and never delivered a response or resolution to my concern at all. I have cancelled my future dental schedules with them and will move to a better dental clinic nearby. Please don't hesitate to call me for any detail or questions you need. To summarize, Neibauer Dental Clinic of Waldorf MD did fail to answer and refund the money I deserve. I honestly need my money back and I felt that there was a discriminatory and retaliatory factor since I filed a dispute against them and maybe I am not a strong-willed person, not born here but rather a "naturalized" citizen of America but those reasons must not be sole factors to resolve any issue of any dental customer.
