      On 7/14/2022 My wife 2005 ******** ******* would not start. She called for a jump. Riverside Towing showed up and attempted to jump the car but it would not work. He then said you owe $75. Leaving my Wife still stranded in 90 degree weather with two kids. My wife was upset and called me to leave work and come by. We started to call another tow truck but I brought my jumper cables with me. I hooked them up and jumped the car. It stated and it ran for 10-15 minutes then we left. We stopped at a store and the car was still running fine. When we got home we parked the car and I waited 5 minutes and started it again with no problem. The next day I started it again with no problem. I would like to report this dishonest business owner who takes advantage of women and children in need. The person left with the car still not running but collected their money. I want the $75 dollars returned in FULL. I want this BBB statement to be a clear warning to people about how they conduct business.
