    We used this company to close on our house, and despite telling them several times, throughout the entire process, the transaction included two pieces of property with 2 separate tax bills that needed to be in our escrow, they completely messed it up. I went into our local town hall and was told 1 set of taxes were not paid, nor were they included in our escrow. Our mortgage is now wrong. Myself, my real estate agent, and my mortgage company reached out multiply times to have the huge error corrected, and we were ignored for several months. It wasn't until a threat of filing a complaint that I was responded to. The response was simply acknowledgement that there was indeed two sets of taxes, and they would forward the info to my mortgage company. To pay a company to do a job, and they don't do it, yet we, as homebuyers, have no legal recourse because we sign a waiver agreeing not to take legal action if they don't do the job we have paid them to do??? Unacceptable! Completely unprofessional business, stay far away from them if you want your closing done correctly.I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but a star rating is required to leave the review to warn other homeowners/buyers.
