    We discovered the Bethel Inn had been purchased by ************************* in 2022, but no notice of this was ever communicated with us as owners. ************************* elected to no longer participate in the *** program, which breached The Bethel Inn & Country Club Timeshare Ownership Agreement, causing us to lose our points and future use benefits.May of 2024 I began trying to reach out to the resort management to try and see what transpired, and why we were not informed of this, making several phone calls that went unreturned, and later emails. In August, I was told finally, that there had been a period of time owners could have deeded back their ownership to the resort and that they had sent notices to the owners. We received no such notice and were told that opportunity had ended on June 1st. The management without regard to my attempts to connect with them from the 14th of May up to this point, have chosen to no longer talk, reply to email communication. or return phone calls.I called the ****************************** ***************************** to report my grievances, they said they would forward this to the ************************ but informed me they cannot provide mediation for timeshare disagreements, citing that I had taken every step, doing what they would advise anyone to do towards mediation and reconciliation and recommended I reach out to the ********************* for further assistance.I met with a lawyer at the ********************* in *******, and this is where we stand today, still having received no further contact from The Bethel in Management team, even though the last email was only to try and get the contact information to contact the **************************, as **** **************** General Manager - **** *********** had suggested. Bethel ************************ and General Manager for **** ****************, WILL NOT RESPOND.
