Cancellations within 15 Business days but not shipped will incur a 25% cancellation charge on the item if the item has not been made.
Cancellations within 15 Business days but not shipped will incur a 50% cancellation charge on the item if the item has been made.
Cancellations within 24 hours but not shipped will incur a $20.00 administration cancellation fee.
