    I cant get an itemized bill, they left a wire hanging off the side of my house. They will not call back. They just replaced two wires in the basement and replaced a panel box or something. They charged me $2500.00 and it took a day. The wire hanging off the house is hot and I have tenants living there. I know many people use them but I would be very reluctant. I was under the whether with TKR so unable to go over and see exactly what they were doing. If the replacement of the loose wire is included in the price I would feel I got a fair deal but otherwise I feel taken advantage of and would never use or recommend them again. I have heard they are not good about responding to customers. I dislike giving bad reviews but I am very disappointed at this time. I should have left no stars at this point. My next option is to place a notice on FB to see if anyone else has used them and if they were happy.
