            We had a heat pump installed by this busines. He actually left his ladder and I was told he would come back to finish up the wiring that is left exposed. He has never returned and the heat pump stopped working about 8 months after installation. I have reached out several times. He said, sorry, Ill be there this week. Thats been months. Now he will not respond to me

            My mother has been a customer for years and service was always good. Within the last year when she calls for oil it takes them days to deliver and when she calls all they say is we will call you back. Recently she called for delivery and they kept pushing her off, she had another deliver instead. Nor' Easter sent her an invoice and told her they already delivered. When she told them she had another delivery but would get them their money they called and bullied/harassed her until she paid. They even threatened to repossess her oil.
