    We have done business with this company on several occasions without any issue. However, our LT3901 Kubota with 300 hours on it was not processing the regen cycle. Knowing that we were already in a stage 4, we knew that putting it into a stage 5 would cost a significant amount more. We contacted RS Osgood, explained this and was informed that they could hook up their computer, force the regen and determine what was preventing it from going through the regen. After having the Kubota for the week - they called to advise that they did not have the correct adapter, it was now in a stage 5 and sent us to another company. That company had our tractor for 3 weeks, having to take it apart and manually clean it -$800, just for this service. Plus the additional labor, this bill was $1400.00. After speaking with them, they advised that had this machine been hooked up to the computer they would have been able to fix the problem and process the regen without having to take it apart, and it would have never gone into the stage 5. I reached out to RS Osgood, in hopes to get some compensation for the $800 and was rudely advised that this was not their problem, and that they would offer nothing to us. We never should have gone to them in the beginning and will not be returning to them in the future.
