      Good afternoon, ** reaching out on this webpage regarding my order I just received on January 2, 2023. The items I received are not what I expected to arrive. I was try to order Vigor Vita *** Gummies, on a website that provided a link to do so. This is the page that came up to order the *** Gummies. Looking at the items I received, its not correct. I have tried calling the **************, the call keeps failing, a few times it rang twice, then the call dropped. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I sent a detailed email through this same website on January 3rd, I have yet to get any response. I would like to cancel this order and receive a full refund. Please provide me with the information to return these items. Do not charge me any monthly fees, as I have read in reviews that this has happened to other individuals. I did not ask to be enrolled in any monthly subscription. I look forward to hearing from this company. Thanks in advance.

      I placed an order with Twin Elements, not realizing that it was a subscription. Upon receiving a second order, I've attempted to contact the business to cancel. I emailed, and received a response telling me to contact the company by phone. I have called 5 times, each time the phone call is disconnected before a representative answers. I want this subscription cancelled.

      On September 19, 2023 I was charged $198.70. I was guaranteed a FULL refund. The package was unopened and I finally got three, after many hours. Theyre going to charge me a repacking fee of $50. Which is NOT mentioned in their website. They specifically say that A 100% refund is guaranteed in the first 90 days. I want to receive my full amount of $198.70. Please help me!

      Ordered 8/21/2023 to try product. I was never told when ordering nor did the website say it was a monthly subscription. Today 9/21/2023 my bank account was charged $248.70. I called my bank got the phone number for Twin Elements Keto. Spoke to 5 people total. Some hung up on me. The last person ***** told me he could not find my order, my name, my address, nothing. Zero! But, they charged my card. How can this be legal? They all had a foreign accent. So not only did they charge $248.70 to my bank account they deleted or lost all the personal information so it doesnt exist. I want a full refund. I have contacted the bank twice and they are helping me out. I also never received an email on the order until I called the first time to find out what was going on. They couldnt even find the email. Which is my wifes email because I do not have one. Please somebody help me out!

They claim to be Keto gummies that will help lose weight and are advertised to be from Shark Tank, who has NEVER had Keto gummies on their show.       This company put me on a monthly subscription without my knowledge and they are refusing to issue a full refund. This is total and direct fraud from this company. Why would I order another supply when I purchased a 3 month supply on 7/25/2023? I don't even like the product and would never think about or want to ever purchase it again. I never signed up for a monthly subscription. They signed me up without my knowledge and refuse to give me my money back.

      The business of Twin Elements sells a CBD gummy using advertising for someone else's product that builds an excitement for the product. When the order is placed, the company name is nowhere listed. Nowhere does it say that there is a subscription. How would that even make any sense. A person cannot consume five bottles each month. So just one month ago I purchased one bottle and have not even consumed the first when I get charged for yet another five bottles. How would this make any sense to anyone. I have read similar stories about this same company doing this to So many others. How is this okay in this great country we live in
