      Our experience was great until our guaranteed/waranteed system failed after a scheduled service. It's been 6 months, still not working. One tech after the other, not to mention, they bill and want to continue to collect money for not solving the problem.My appliances are ruined. My fixtures, tub, and shower are permanently stained.Why not go with a cheaper system for the same service? Very dissatisfied with new ownership and customer service. I expected better.

      Our experience with this company was fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Technician that installed was prompt and great about answering our questions. Would recommend!
