    I signed a contract/proposal to have my backyard loamed (4inches) and grass seeded plus I wanted to build my driveway up with additional reclaimed asphalt. Flaggship did not give me 4 inches of loam. I am redoing about 50% of my backyard (I have photos). Flaggship also took about an inch or two of reclaimed asphalt off the driveway and did not replace it when the contract said I was supposed to get more than I originally had. I drive uphill to get in my ********* gave the worker feedback, I emailed, called and knocked on the office door. No response.
