      On July 22, 2023, this organization cashed a check for ***** for a poem that was published. They never sent us the book and their phone number doesn't work.

      The order was received and should be expected for delivery this month, as was stated on the order form when the order was placed. The book purchased was not yet in print at the time the order was placed, and it does take time to complete the layout, proofreading, typesetting, printing, binding, and have the covers put on, before heading to fulfillment for delivery. Please expect delivery of your book this month. Upon receipt, if you are unsatisfied, the book may be returned for a refund. Please feel free to reach out via email for further assistance. Please note that your original email was received late afternoon on a Sunday, immediately before you filed this complaint. We will gladly answer your emails during business hours if given that opportunity. Happy holidays.
