              July25 -annual furnace service unfinished. Waited. 9 wks later I called 9/23 to inquire why/when will tech return to finish? the technician had quit. (He had "tightened (something) when he found the source of water leak.) I called again 10/3 & 11/28 called again; repeated the situation; waited for return call.Nov.12 water leak from furnace AGAIN. I was ready to pay the July invoice but will not pay twice for fixing the same problem.Dec.5 wrote & mailed a detailed report of events, request to fix it & apply the $25 coupon. Reminder of motto "Satisfaction Guaranteed." Dec.12 emailed copy to the owner. Dec.21- I called again. ******* said she knew nothing. I summarized my Dec.5 letter. She could not say WHY there's no follow up to my letter/request. She mentioned several times that I've not paid the July bill. Repeat: I will not pay for a 2nd visit for the same issue. I asked, Are you saying nothing will be done until I pay it? She said, No. She also heard incorrectly: the flooding does NOT occur "every 6 or 8 months" but has been 5 or 6 times this year. Again, she knew nothing of my detailed letter with photos. She said, "I have to look into it and get back to you." Read More
