  On 7/12 went to do laundry at ******************************. Got money from ATM, put clothes in washers (4 - 30 Lbs washers $4.75=19.00) I was the only one there. Started washers and within 5-10 minutes the first machine stopped and showed error E FL? Than the other machines stopped all with soaked clothes. Machines all had water inside enought to soak clothes. All machines showed error msg E **. So I called number on wall *************) when I got home. I have received 3 calls *************) , *************) from them between 1/13-1/30 people asking for my address. Last call I received she gave me owner's number (**** ************) I called and left msg and never heard from anyone and never received my refund of $19.00. I have been going there for 2 years every week spending $35-40 a week and never had any problems. Three other people came in to do laundry and I let them know machines not working. They said call the number they are really good? They left and went to another place. Never thought to get their names. I'm 68 years old on SS. I live on a small budget and just want what I loss in the machines. I put $19.00 in their washes and never got my clothes washed, had to remove them soaked and go to another laundromat and pay again.

  I had drop my laundry off at the Lewiston laundry center to be washed, dried and fold. I dont remember how many pounds exactly but I know it was around $120. The girl had told me that she didnt know if she would be able to finish it all tonight and I told her that I had to work by a certain time so I told her it was OK if it was finished tomorrow. When I went to pick my laundry up, a lot of it was not folded and I to be honest I dont think most of it was even washed. I called there had center or their corporate office shall you call it. The woman had promised me a credit equivalent, to what I had spent due to the fact that the girl did not do her job and quit the very next day. Also, I want to make this very clear I am not a person that goes to laundromat all the time just when I have laundry that piles up so now, two months down the road I have some laundry piled up. I called the laundromat to ask how do I use my credit at the laundromat if I dont want to do a wash dry and fold and I want to do the laundry myself, she informed me that she did not know about a credit and that ***** at the head office never told her the lady at the laundromat named. ***** told me Id have to call the office. I called the office and after two days I had gotten nowhere I had just been run around in circles. I asked to speak to the owner, they informed me that he had just went through chemo. I let them know. I did not want to stress them out anymore but at this point, I do need to speak to somebody whos going to help me he called me and was very rude. He hung up on me and called me back and said, did I get your attention in a threatening manner? And then he told me this is what he was going to do he was only gonna give me a $40 credit and I was gonna like that or this was the end of the conversation. He continued to twist my words and tell me that she did, in fact do my laundry, and that I wasnt *********** a credit. Unfortunately, he hung up on me again
