      Unreliable Horrible customer service. I was told by one representative that she could not help me after I complained that my delivery did not arrive during the scheduled time. No call from company regarding scheduling or cancellation of delivery I was given 2 completely different stories when I called customer service. I still have not received an update as to when my items will be delivered

      Received multiple dates and windows for delivery. Waited around during those dates and times. Talked to vendor and said I would charge it back if it didnt come the next time because its almost 3 weeks and they havent delivered.Shipping company said they never said they were coming before. Ok, but you sent texts and emails with dates and times?After that I got a new date and Shipright called to tell me it would be delivered at 8:30am and it was the first stop. Called at 9 when it wasnt here and ****** told me dont quote me but it should be between 9:54 and 10:19am and I was the 4th stop. So now theyre just messing with **** called back at 10:30 to say, hey, I wont be here if you come after 11:30. No answer after 10 minute hold music.Emailed the vendor to tell them I wanted a refund or Id charge back if they didnt deliver today in their window. ****** called to tell me he thought theyd arrive at 11:06. I told him I wouldnt be here if they got here after 11:30. He was in a great mood because theyre really sticking it to the problem ***** who would just like them to deliver one of the days they said they would.They arrived at 11:07. So yeah, just messing with me. Then they started assembling it, which I didnt want them doing, especially since theyre annoyed at me. I only paid for delivery to a floor. And I was late to get my kid because they said they were delivering early. I did have plenty of time to write this while waiting for them though.If youre a company who values your customers, dont contract with this company to handle the local delivery step. If youre a consumer buying a large item, ask who handles the last delivery step. If its these guys, dont buy the item and tell the vendor why. This company is confusing, unreliable and unprofessional and they dont care about wasting multiple days of anyones time.

      I was scheduled to have a sofa delivered today between 7:30-11:30am. I had family waiting in shifts to receive the delivery because I work during the day. I would have scheduled it at another time, but this was the time the delivery company assigned to me.At 8:20am, we got a text that said they were 10 minutes away. However, the *** tracker showed that they were actually in another town at a house over 30 minutes away. By 10:30am, their tracker had disappeared altogether. By 12:00pm, there was still no sofa, and the tracking info stated that they were making several other deliveries instead.We called the company at 12:15pm and they said my delivery was supposed to be the first one today, but that they never put the sofa on the truck. Apparently the sofa didn't fit, and each of their locations only has one truck. Why schedule this delivery on a day when you have so many others, if a sofa this size won't fit with other items?When we asked why no one had the decency to call us to let us know that nobody was coming, they had no explanation. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. Regardless of the issue with the size of the sofa/truck, the fact that no one could be bothered to call and let us know is completely unacceptable.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced during your delivery. It appears there was a misunderstanding between our delivery team and dispatcher.  The team ultimately got the item delivered on the scheduled date at the end of the day.

      ShipRight came to pick-up a washer and dryer, today. However, they left without taking them, and without saying a word to us. They left our house door wide open to the garage, and the garage door wide open to the street.My husband thought they were going to the truck which they had parked on the street, to back it into the driveway, to the garage doorbut they didnt come back!We didnt get a call or email, with an explanation from them or the company.We waited for a few minutes but they didnt return. So we called the company. Reportedly, the mover claimed that my elderly husband tried to take a photo of [him], and it spooked him.I cant help but wonder if he is wanted by police. Or did he and his partner simply not want to move two heavy items up 6 stairs?Either way, it was extremely unsettling. How do we know that we didnt just have a criminal in our house?None of this is normal. People have cellphones in their hands all the time. Why was this guy so paranoid that he left?Also, my husband did NOT even take his photo. Im calling BS on his storyeither that or hes a thug.

Since this occurred our Supervisor for this department has reached out to the customer directly and the team was able to complete the pickup the following day.

      These people have rescheduled my delivery 3 times now with no advance notice and then when I call they tell me I'm going to receive a call to reschedule and it never comes. There is a small bit of construction in front of my building which is why they claim they cannot deliver but there is a ridiculously large amount of space in which they can park and deliver right in front of my building. Every single other delivery company can do it except for them.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your delivery. Initially, when the team arrived to deliver a Police Officer advised them that due to construction they were unable to park safely at this location in order to complete the delivery. Once we received confirmation the construction was complete we upgraded the service, as courtesy, and completed the delivery as soon as possible.

      This is a horrible company. They scheduled a delivery with a time window of **** - ****. They called me at 930 and said they'd be there in 20 minutes (10 am). I work full time and planned to be home within that window, can't just up and leave work at the drop of a dime. If you state a time window, it should be in that time window.They said they would be there the following Monday, I took the day off from work, I called and they said there was no scheduled deliveries that day. They put on their website that "customer missed" delivery, the a delivery was never attempted, I was home all day. They rescheduled the delivery for August 5th, I again worked from home this day awaiting the arrival between ****-****. They never showed up. I called and the agent told me the driver wrote in his delivery "house not findable in GPS" I confirmed my address and they had the correct address. I've never had this problem and have had several deliveries in the past without issues. The agent hung up on me. I tried calling to seek assistance and they hung up on me 4x without giving me a chance to talk.
