    Absolutely dysfunctional organization: We called to get out well fracked that is used by my family of 4 and a rental unit. Fracking makes the well unusable for a week or longer, so it was necessary for us to figure out and arrange for showers, laundry, cooking etc. for a week but also renters. Here's what Affordable Well did or, I should say, didn't do:The date was set for 11/30/2024 with *******; "We only frack on Saturdays" she told us. A employee came out the week before, pre-checked, and said they would be out the next Saturday. We waited and no one showed AND no one called on that day or any day after. Late Monday we called and ******* said she had been out of town, didn't know what happened or why we weren't called. Being a contractor I know the ball can be dropped at times. We set another date three months out when we knew our rental unit would be empty. On March 12, a Wednesday, I happened to be leaving and I discovered a truck from Affordable Well pre-checking the site. The driver said some snow and firewood were in the way. I said "no problem" I would clear it by Saturday, the scheduled date. ''We're coming tomorrow" he said, "we can't come Saturday we are out of state". They left.I called *******, who again didn't seem to know what was going on, and asked if we could arrange for the fracking the next week and she said 'yes'. Three days before our third scheduled date I called to check that we were on their schedule and was told that we were. Saturday came and we waited. At noon I called the office and left a message. Nobody ever called that day or any day after and it has been a week. As I said, dysfunctional, even strange--the inability to communicate or follow up. Are the office and work crews even on the same page? Do they even care?
