      I have ordered from Lobster Now in the past. It was great. A few days ago I received 4 lobsters. 1 alive and 3 dead. I read what I have to do to file a claim. It seems like I'm a criminal and have to jump through and over hoops. ****** learned.

      I bought King **** on Friday the 13th of September for overnight delivery. Come Monday and it still hadn't shipped and there was an event that night ! They offered no compensation and just said they will cancel the order ! I WISH I would have read the reviews first !! Do Not Order

      Good day, I have used this company to send lobsters, etc. to ********** for ********** Years celebrations for over 4 years now. Have NO ISSUES with them; in fact, they let me know asap if they are out of a product (due to season) and have also offered other items at a discount b/c of it!I was shocked to read what has happened this year...have they been HACKED? I know of a large medical website that has been hacked in July 2023. ************

      I think this is a total scam. Expecting my transaction to reflect top Maine lobster, it went to Cove chicdress. WTH is that. Scam!!!!

      This company is trash!!!! Read reviews from other online reviews and yelp. They are literally a 1-2 star rated company.My daughter gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I ordered two lobsters and one arrived dead. The tail from one of them came completely apart after cooking and was disintegrated in the shell. The company refused to remedy the situation because I contacted them outside of their 4-hour window. I notified them as soon as I cooked the lobster and saw how the meat looked.Dont do business with them when there are so many other businesses you can choose from.The pics are from the 3 pound lobster that I ordered. It was $75! I expected more than a dead and spoiled crumbling tail from a $75 lobster.

      I placed a $****** lobster order for a special occasion, unfortunately the Fed ex carrier delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted company right away and informed them and provided door camera as proof. They open an investigation and it is determined to be fed ex's fault however company will not refund my money like I asked. Instead they offered to re ship. I explained the special occasion was over and I had to replace the item locally and could not afford to re buy . So then they offer me store credit only. When I contested this also they automatically issued me a credit. I contact them again and explained again I could not afford to have a ****** store credit at a lobster company and besides Fed ex would refund them their mistake. What kind of business gets reimbursed from fed ex and makes out while the customer who didn't do anything wrong has to be inconvenienced with a store credit. SHAME ON YOU MAINE LOBSTER!!! Go to your local market it will be cheaper I assure you with out any headaches

      : I received my lobster and scallops about an hour and a half ago the scallops are 100% completely thawed not even at refrigerator temperature. I called customer service and spoke with ***** who was beyond rude and accusatory. He verbally accused me of trying to get off on a technicality and defraud your company because I was discussing the fact that your terms and conditions state partial thawing may occur and I did in fact sign off on those conditions. However the scallops are completely thawed and now have to be eaten within 24 hours, but your website says flash Frozen and possibly partially thawed. ***** actually hung up on me and I had to call back and he was arrogant and stated that I was being difficult and that I was trying to "get off" on a technicality. I have never ever had a worse customer experience than I just had with ***** who by the way hung up on me a second time after I called back. Last shipment we had a dead lobster we sent photos ****** gave us a credit which was very generous so we decided to spend that credit (and more) and now I have this second issue. Neither my family nor I will be using main lobster again and you can thank ***** your employee. I never once asked him for money back or replacement I asked him about the verbiage, partially thawed is very different than completely thawed. I asked him to escalate the issue to discuss the verbiage and he refused to connect me with anyone or explain the process of escalation and then hung up on me - twice.

      If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I was hosting Thanksgiving and served the snow crab cocktail - it was BAD. It was so bad that no one would eat it. It's now been a week going in circles with customer service and they will not refund my money. I asked a manager to call me, and I have received no call back. I've called them numerous times, only to get the run around each time. AVOID this place and order from somewhere else. HORRILE seafood and worse customer service!

      This company has poor customer service. I ordered ********************** products and when it arrived it was not as expected. The products were not like the on line pictures. I called the company and got nothing but a run around and was basically ignored. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Maine Lobster now.
