Purchased a Rack for a Dodge Ram 2021. I did not see that there was a classic style or new style box to click on the side of the ordering web page. Honest mistake. When attempting to return this item I was told that it would have a 25% restocking fee!!! This is an outrageous sum. I tried to negotiate this fee. I stated that I already needed to pay for shipping on this to send it back. That I also worked for a municipality and it was unacceptable to waste the ratepayers money. I heard crickets on my response. I sent another email a week later and heard no response again. Next, I tried to call. There is no customer service option on the phone tree. You have to know a person to talk to them. I finally started a chat and the same person who ignored my emails was on the chat. He told me all the same things and only apologized that he could not do more. He suggested I sell it myself. Selling publicly owned property requires lots of work. Duramag has very poor communication. A confusing website when ordering. And even worse customer service.
