1 starWe had some damage to our camper over the winter so I called in March and was advised to drop it off as soon as possible before their busy season so they could look at it and assess the damage. My camper has been sitting at this dump for 3 months now completely untouched!!! The lack of communication is insane. *** the service manager is a joke and gives false information and timelines each time we call. Not once has her manager reached out to address the situation no matter how many times weve asked, called and sent emails! Save yourself the nightmare and steer clear of this place. They only care about taking your money and not providing any services after.Review fromCynthia T

1 starMy husband and I spend 3 hours with the salesman going through a class A camper, and negotiating numbers and came to an agreement. We were unsure if we would be trading in our camper because we could get more money selling our camper outright. This was the only piece that wasn't decided. My husband and I decided to not include our trade and then gave the salesman our credit card for a $500 deposit and were directed to return the following day to sign papers. When we show up to sign we are told it's been sold.We are good honest people that are reasonable. However, the blatant disrespect to do that to a family is despicable.We have heard about many nightmares regarding Camping World in Windham and felt that we should still give them business and give them a shot. They prove regularly why YOU should NOT do business with them. I do NOT recommend them!!Review fromAmanda F

2 starsWent and bought I used camper had it on their lot for a month then moved to my site after a week the water tank has a huge slit down the side then toliet leaked flooded my camper twice can't use the water. The sink leaks around it the ****** where rusted and bent had to get new ones. Told them about the toliet and sink my septic tank system does read right .and their response was we can get you in to look at it in 2 months. Thanks but no thanks. 1 starI have never seen a business run so poorly. I honestly dont have a clue as to how they are still in business. I have so many complaints I cant begin to list them all. Sales was very efficient. I bought a new trailer and warranty. Before bringing it home I noticed many areas on the roof that needed the caulking fixed. Wouldnt leave the yard until it was done. They took a month to do it but my warranty started the day I bought it, not the day they finished it. The roof leaked three times that summer. I brought it back and left it there for long periods of time. They never found any areas that could be causing the problem. In the late winter I brought it in for a free 22 point inspection. Low and behold, it needs all new caulking on the roof that comes to a tidy 900+ dollars. Amazing! Thats not covered on your warranty . The thing is not even a year old. It was brand new. When asked about all the other times it was supposed to have been inspected for a complaint, the service manager couldnt account for anyone elses work. With every call that was never returned and then the few that were, the service department never knew what was going on with my trailer. One week the work was done and we could go get it if we didnt care if the caulking was cured or not. The next week it hadnt even been done yet. Honestly, so unprofessional. 1 starThe WORST service.. lack of it I have ever had ANYWHERE! Ordered a new refrigerator April 13th and Paid for the refrigerator and installation. Asked 3 times, is the the final price? Yes, three times. Refrigerator arrived at their place.. in May.. the 18th and I was told that I needed to CALL and make an appointment to get it installed! I thought that was taken care of back in April! when I ordered it!!! It seems the parts guy can't call across the showroom to the service guy telling him I sold this customer a refrigerator with installation.. and we need to make a slot for him!....can you write him in? No service, no communication!! With me or their staff! Earliest they had to install was June 17th. we missed the first two weeks of ****** reservation.When we got the refrigerator installed on June 17th...at 4:30 in the afternoon as we were about to pick up the *** they informed me that it would be $866 dollars more!!!! So my experience with Wiindham RV is.. my contact for a product and installation was worth ...nothing. On top of that, the refrigerator they installed had NO finished panels on the front, it is an UNFNISHED refrigerator! and door handles were scratched upon installation!Their solution was to MAIL me the finished panels! They offered me an appointment in February to install them This is not a convenient time for me, the customer! not a good time to take an RV down the road... in Maine, winter...especially with fuel over 5 buck a gallon! ..I wrote to ***************************... owner of Camping World. With a contract price, I truly expected a refund for the overcharge. Boy am I ****! His recording says.."if you're not happy, I'm not happy!' Really! .. except... He seems happy and very adept at accumulation millions of dollars. this may have jaded his world view, It certainly seems to have jaded his treatment of customers. MY experience? 1 starWorse place ever. Paidcthem 300 bucks to haul from their place to mine. Camper got damaged while hooked to their truck. Contact them and they want me to pay 400 dollar fee for a service tech to come fix the damaged that was caused while they were towing with one of their trucks. Customer support ********************** **** has **** poor attitude and can't even call customers back. Ohhh and just because you spend ***** on a trailer don't expect even a sewer hose throw in to the deal. Didn't get a hat, pen, t shirt nothing but a big f.u I Def would not go back to this place for absolutely anything. Wish I purchased my r.v somewhere else. Needless to say I have given them every opportunity to make things right and unfortunately I guess I have to get a lawyer involved at this point. 1 starI wish there was at least one good thing to say about this place, but there isn't, sorry. From the minute we took delivery of our camper (Forest River NoBo ****), the experience has been a disaster. We were guaranteed by three people that the delivery would include a complete walkthrough of the unit and the demonstration of the operation of all systems. Wrong! We got 5 minutes in the camper and were rushed off to sign the papers. Service? Sorry, but this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life... anywhere... The one answer we can be guaranteed to get is "I don't know". That's from anyone and to any question. Trying to get hold of the service manager or general manager is a waste of time; they are unreachable and don't return phone calls. There are other RV dealers in Maine, and I would highly advise trying anyone else.
