I hired Josephs flooring to install a new ceramic tile floor in my kitchen and bathroom totaling approximately $5,000. This has been fully paid for. This was done in January, 2021. Once the installer was done, and giving the floor time to cure, I could see that the grout was a different color varying from a light grey to a white color. This is not what was ordered. I mentioned this to the owners daughter who answered the phone and who I mostly saw when I traveled to the business to get this resolved. She kept forgetting or going on vacation but finally the company sent the installer back to add a colorant to the grout lines. I was told this would last *************************************** the meantime I had this same company and they unfortunately sent the same installer to install my kitchen backsplash. This was again installed with varying grout and is not a quality job. This cost me $1,016.03. All paid except for the last $466 because I was waiting for Josephs flooring to send me the warranty on the kitchen floor grout colorant. I finally have the warranty but it does not refer to Josephs Flooring at all and not sure how good it is if it does not have a date of installation or the name of the flooring company. It is basically just a printed copy that anyone can get online these days. Not sure it is worth the paper it is printed on.I feel that Josephs flooring continues to provide poor customer service and that their work is shabby at best. I couldnt get anyone from the company to come and see my floor or backsplash after the installer left and they just counted on their subcontractor installer to relay what he saw. He has since retired.I will need to tear out the backsplash due to a poor quality job so I am asking the BBB to help me get my paid amount for the backsplash returned to me in the amount of $550.00. Again, I am seeking restitution for the backsplash in the amount of $550. Thank you.***********************
