    *****, The owner of the Yankee does that installed a roof on our home, on 04/10/2023. A few weeks later leaks started to occur and could be seen dripping from the ceiling in our laundry room. We contact ***** and he came out to seal an exhaust boot that couldnt be replaced he promised he would be back to paint/repair the ceiling and he never came back. Our bathroom vent was also knocked out of the ceiling from the install. I was told he is looking to move out of the state and we have a ten year warranty on the roof sold by him.

    On 04/28/2023 we hired Yankee Does That , a roofing contractor, Owned by **************************He installed a new roof on our home and garage. we paid in full $14,500 by check, made out to Himself which we thought was odd instead of the company. so we suspect tax evasion/***********The reason for this complaint is during the roof work he caused damage to our 1 year old seamless gutter system, bent, twisted and scratched. We contacted the gutter company for a quote to have repaired , I sent quote to Yankee does that and they are denying the claim. wouldn't give us his tax ID # , COMPANY EIN# or insurance information to submit a claim.The damage comes to $1750.00 he offered $200 and will not return calls, texts.we also now have a roof leak where 2 adjoining roofs meet and he also told us he guarantees his work for 10 years. The lack of use for proper equipment, the unprofessional acts we caught on camera. This whole thing has not been a very good situation for us. We just want payment for repairs and be done with this *****.Thank you for your attention to this,*******************************
