    I went to Casco Bay to buy a Bronco. The list price was $37,810. I spoke with salesman and then *************************** and we agreed that I would get $1500 off the list price and doc fees would be waived. Therefore, the price I was paying was *******. I met with *************************** where he also told me that I would get the Bronco at that price. I opted for insurance at $2700. Therefore, the total cost for me was $39,010. I gave a deposit of $18,000 which meant I would be financing $21,010. I signed the paperwork but was told I could pick up Bronco when I came back in 2 days after getting insurance. **** told me that he would put the signed paperwork inside the Bronco for when I came back. I did not think anything of it as I trusted Casco Bay Ford and it never occurred to me that anything would happen. I picked up Bronco but there was no signed paperwork in vehicle. There was paperwork basically the **** of sale and, honestly, I did not look at the numbers as again I made the assumption that things were correct. I guess that is my stupidity. I then get a **** from finance company where I am financing $26,000- WAY more than agreed upon. Not only that but I was also charged $500 in doc fees despite being told directly by the manager, ****, that I would NOT be charged. I contacted the manager, ****, and I demand he send me the signed paperwork. I was sent a scribbled piece of paper stating that I agreed to pay over $2000 over list price. *see submitted paperwork. There was no signature by me as it is merely a scribbled piece of paper. Along with the scribbled paper is a picture of the tag that was on the vehicle that shows the list price at $37,810. I would never in a million years agree to pay $2000 over sticker price. That is absurd. **** basically screwed me. I am beyond furious as I trusted Casco Bay Ford. I believe **** purposely told me he would put the paperwork in the Bronco, which I now know is totally wrong as I should have been given the paperwork the day I signed it.
