The site was show CPR with AHA was not with AHA. Asw a nurse need AHA CPR and First Aid. Please Refund

So sorry to hear that your employer is not accepting our AHA equivalent certification for you at this time. I have processed a refund in the amount of your certificate back to the card that you used to purchase the certificate. Keep in mind it can take 2-3 business days to post back to your account. Please know that we work diligently to achieve a high rate of acceptance in the training and compliance industry and there is no reason that any organization cannot accept our certifications. Our programs have been professionally reviewed and deemed to meet or exceed the American Heart Association and American Red Cross certifications. With that said, there are some that may have an exclusionary policy that limits their staff to only getting a CPR certification directly from the American Heart Association. Those policies have nothing to do with the content or quality of our course. In these cases, many times we can get your card accepted because our program follows the latest ECC/ILCOR guidelines, communicated by the American Heart Association. In the future we would be happy to contact your employer and explain the credibility of our programs to them and share our acceptance letters from state boards, as well as national associations, that will also help in the process of opening the eyes of employers that just don't know about us. You are also welcome to download our compliance packet to see several of our approval letters from national organizations. Please keep in mind if you completed a 100% online certification, your certificate would only have one instructor signature. If a hands-on was completed, then it will have an additional "skill evaluator" signature. If we need to add in a hands-on portion, we are very happy to work with you to obtain this so you can present a card with a hands-on certification.
