On 02/29/2024, I paid $1,012.00 to Ideal Image at their **********, ** location for two services. Before I left, the staff assured me that their guarantees covered any issues, encouraging me to call or return if something felt off. A few days after my appointment, I noticed problems with my lips and went back in. They performed a lip massage and assured me everything was fine, including the results of my Botox treatment.However, two weeks later, the Botox for my crows feet showed no effect, and my lip injections left vertical wrinkled lines above the right side of my upper lip, which persist to this day every time I speak or smile. This has severely affected my self-esteem, making me extremely self-conscious in social interactions, where I constantly cover my mouth. I can no longer even where lipstick due it emphasizing this issue even more.When I called to address these issues, I was told that there was nothing they could do except to inject more of both treatments. This response is unacceptable. Ideal Images business practices are deceptive and unethical, misleading customers about their guarantees and failing to deliver on their promises. I believe an immediate resolution to this issue is warranted.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that Ideal Image's proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting their response appears below:
On June 27th, I engaged in a conversation with a representative from Ideal Image regarding my previous BBB complaint. Regrettably, the proposed resolution presented by Ideal Image is far from satisfactory. They suggested that I return to one of their locations for an additional consultation to determine what further services might be necessary.I do not feel safe returning to any of their locations, and I am concerned that I would not receive unbiased treatment due to this ongoing complaint. Furthermore, my confidence in the medical professionals I have encountered at Ideal Image is severely diminished due to the unsatisfactory outcomes of my previous procedures.
When I declined their offer, I was informed that NO refunds for services or treatments would be provided. I felt coerced into accepting their proposed resolution, leaving no room for an alternative that would address my concerns adequately.
This response from Ideal Image only reinforces my belief that the company's values are unethical and that their standard of patient care is unacceptably low.

On Wednesday May 8th I was contacted by an employee from ideal image explaining theyd need to cancel my appointment due to an unexpected medical emergency from one of the nurses. My appointment was set for May 11th. I expressed that the appointment was extremely important to me and staff informed me that they had no appointment available within my availability. I requested a refund and to cancel future services. They refused. I no longer want to do business with this company due to the lack of understanding this inconvenience caused me. Id rather go share I know this wont an issue moving forward. Ive called corporate and request a refund and was told no. Either they honor my appointment date or give me my money back so I can go else where. I paid $143 and my appointment is canceled.Business Response

Please type details here:]I was contacted, again, by a Ideal Image customer care representative on 5/14/2024 at 3:24pm to collect a statement of what happened on 5/8/2024. I explained the situation and the representative took notes. I expressed to her that after the multiple phone calls I made to Ideal Image regarding this situation, I was no longer comfortable and willing to have services provided by the company. She apologized and stated that I could be serviced at another location for my future appointments. I declined due to this location being further than the original location I agreed to have services provided at during my initial hour long consultation prior to purchasing LHR services. I expressed to her that I wish that option she provided had been presented at the time Ideal Image canceled my first appointment. Overall I was committed to have services provided and my willingness to commit changed based on the actions and treatment of Ideal Image staff before what would have been my first appointment.

I signed up for facial Hair Removal with Ideal Image ***** park , at consultation, the Ideal Image representative gives me the expectation that I will have a face free of unwanted hair. They charge me $2500 and after 10 painful sessions my facial hair is still growing same speed before the treatment and I have to remove it every week.no difference then before I started ,The result that I seen is 25% improvement only not worth $2500 , when I went to *************** Location to express that I did not like my result they tell me that you sign a contract that is your facial hair is untreatable, and they will not accommodate me,I have never been told that my facial hair is untreatable at consultation , when they took my $2500 and now they making all this excuses, this is false Advertising and scamming people money with no results .Business Response

For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:I went to *************** location and talk to the nurse for about an hour and explained to her that I paid $2500 for treatment and the result I have is only %2 improvement , same conversation I had with Agent over the phone for more than 30 minutes , Ideal image takes my money and didnt gave me results ,when I purchased the laser treatment package I was looking for results that I was promised , I didnt pay for a shirt ,I paid for service and get scammed .., Again if I dont see results that I was promised when I paid $2500 ,Then I want my money back .if you want to call me you can call me with a solutions not with excuses because the last 2 interact with your staff they tell me that Idea Imagine dont care if you get results or not and we will gave you nothing ,I paid $2500 and gained nothing how is that fair ???

I received a consultation from ideal image but never received services . I called around the time I was to receive services because I had got in a car accident and was instructed heavily against . I asked for a refund and was never responded to told to come in at a later date when healed. Decided against.. But I never received any service
