    I purchased a collectible NECA brand action figure and I was sent a repackaged item that was broken and clearly superglued back together. Big Bens comix told me that the company NECA may have sent them a damaged lot because another customer had an issue with the same item and that I should contact NECA for a refund or they would possibly give me a refund if I sent the item back and they inspected it and found is deserving of a refund so I'm out of money now because I don't trust the company that sent me a damaged repackaged collectible to be honest once they received the item back. The store policy does NOT protect buyers from them playing a scam on you. The experience was a headache, I'm out of money and joy of getting a collectible grail piece is completely gone thanks to the dishonest store policy and sending repackaged damaged collectibles. Avoid this place! Shop somewhere with better customer service and store policy that protects buyers from dishonest sellers.
