    I paid $625 to purchase animals and have them shipped and never received the animals because the shipping company they used wanted me to pay an additional $455 to have the animals tested for Covid. I've shipped all over the US and have never had to have my animals Covid tested so it looked like a scam. They also didn't tell me about the $455 charge until the animals were already supposedly in my zip code and awaiting delivery to a ***** ship center. No where did the shipping company or the seller state anything about this charge. I asked for my money back and even offered to pay part of the supposed shipping costs for the animals and they refused to refund me after our initial agreement was broken. I'm filing this complaint against this company because this is the address that the seller put on the shipping label.

    The complaint made against us is not a customer of ours. We do not ship nor have we ever shipped out animals or product. We are a brick and ****** pet store that only sells animals and products at the store in person. We have been notified from a few people getting scammed from a fake website that is using our address. The website is " reptilesforsalenextdoor.com" I have been trying to get our address info off the fake website. If it is a different company please let me know so I can try and take action against them.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    The Instagram account that was using your information is fatality_dragons1. The account was hacked. They used a fake shipping company, "EMS continental logistics" to "ship" the animals (they never shipped anything). Then they tried to scam us into paying another charge for COVID testing on the animals and insurance for the shipping. They claimed that we would be charged even more for animal abandonment if we did not pay this ridiculous charge. They got us for over $600 and then the testing and insurance was going to be another $450. Then they tried the animal abandonment but never said how much that would've cost.
