      My mother went to Belle Tire on Wednesday, August 24th to have a tire repaired; the tire had been punctured. The person helping my mother informed that the tire could not be repaired and that all her tires needed replaced. They told her she would be slipping and sliding all over the place this winter. Worried that she would have difficulty driving on poor tires, she agreed to buy four new tires. However, we bought my mom her car a month ago, which we bought her because the tires were in good condition and would last several years. Belle Tire took advantage of an older woman and not only talked her into 4 brand new tires, but also sold her tires of inferior quality. My mother is on disability with a fixed income and minimal savings. She is now out $800 because Belle Tire took advantage of her age and disposition. She should be reimbursed, or at the least be given her tires back. However, Im sure by now her tires have been sold. Very disappointed at the way Belle Tire conducts their business.

      This company lies about what they offer just to get people in the door. They also destroy clients vehicle parts on a regular basis. Then they lie that they will fix it at no charge and then they do not fix it or they try to charge u outrageous money to fix the problem that they created

      I filed another complaint several months ago, but it was never posted. Weird, but here is a new one same issue. I purchased brand new tires 6 months ago from Belle Tire in Royal Oak on **********. I pick my vehicle up from Belle Tire and see that my front passenger tire already needs air, so I just go fill it ** in back, no worries. Over the next several days the tire is going from Full to flat in a matter of a day, so after work I stop by a Belle Tire location in ************ and they refused to help because it was so late in the day. Okay, fine. I try to get some appointments set up at the Belle Tire by my house and they are actively refusing to help me saying they are too busy. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different company who fixed the issue with that tire. Now the passenger rear tire starts having similar issues, so I try to take it in, they say no, so I just deal with it. Im thinking these are new tires so they should be fine. I took it in last Thursday to get the passenger rear tire fixed after getting off my ****. Guy tells me its a nail in my tire, fixes it and sends me on my way. Next day on my way into work, same slow leak issue again, and I am just surprised since I just had it fixed. Today, I was driving home and the tire was full before I left my parents house. During the drive home, I watched the tire pressure light come on in my vehicle. I decided that I would stop by Kroger and put some air in all of my tires. When I was filling the driver side rear tire, the rear passenger tire exploded. This could have caused harm to me, or worse.I have never seen this level of organizational incompetence from one organization. Its simply amazing.

      I have tried to work with Belle Tire to get my vehicle repaired, and I thought we had come to a resolution, but they failed to repair my tire when I took it there on Tuesday. I am going to return to Belle Tire today and hopefully they can repair my vehicle. 

      I really just want this nightmare to be over. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I have ever made.

      I bought 4 brand new (brand new ) tires on March 19 2022 and on April 15/2022 I took them back because I had 3 tires that were going flat. I bought 4 new tires because I already had tires that I had to put air in every other day so I figured get new ones so I wouldn't have to keep doing that. Since March 19th I have had to take the tires back three times due to issues with the brand-new tires going flat/ me having to continuously keep putting air in them. Today is the fourth time (June 27th, 2022), and I am on my way to take them back to Belle Tire

      We are sorry to hear that ********************* is unhappy with her purchase. We are unaware of her issue's with the tires wearing. ********************* would need to visit one of our store locations to have her vehicle inspected for warranty consideration. The tires she purchased come with a 45k mile manufacturer's warranty. However, it does not cover mechanical wear or misalignment. Any of our store locations can inspect her tires and start a warranty claim for her. We encourage her to do so, so we may assist her.

      I bought tires from belle tire in *********. And they did a safety check and tried to say I needed a whole new front end. I said don't touch it I have my own mechanic. I took it to my mechanic and he said there's nothing wrong with my front end.

      I went into Belle Tire on Wed 5-18-2022. The issue I went in for was to have my valve cover seals replaced due to a oil leak onto the exhaust manifold. Once completed I went for a drive and it still leaked and reaked of oil burning on the exhaust manifold I was told to bring it back in so I did. (Now prior to having any service done at belle tire two of my breather hoses where cracked due to age in the center of the hose, I had taped them back together for a temporary fix) Well when I brought it back because it still stunk and leaked they looked at it then came back into the lobby with one of my breather hoses and said that it was the reason why it was leaking still any good mechanic will know the breather hose will not cause such a thing well on top of that he manager called it a PCV hose in which it is NOT a PCV hose you would think a belle tire tech would know the difference between the two. The manager then proceeded to tell me it was very damaged and it looked like someone taped it. I said yep that is a breather hose not a PCV hose and I taped the small crack now as for the major damage to the bottom of the hose It was not like that originally, I said that because I noticed that the mechanic gauged a giant chunk off of the bottom of the hose it was clearly ripped in the shape of a thumb. This mechanic who not only smirked at me when talking to the manager, but also damaged one of my parts to make a sale on a replacement whilst also attempting to use it as an excuse for why it still leaked. Not only did they lie and try to upsell me, they also damaged my parts and removed parts that I did not give permission to be removed neither permission to go and damage my part. Manager did not want to hear it. The lack of knowledge and the destruction of my property to make another sale is outrageous! I have spent well over $8,000 at belle tire stores alone for service and I get treated like this. I expect compensation for damaged parts and more.

      Bought 4 brand new tires 3/19/22, (**** ***** RD) because I was constantly putting air in them and was just tired of doing it every couple of days. 4/19/22 took my car back to Belle tire because 3 NEW TIRES were getting flat. When I got there the guy told me it would be 3- 4 hours to get serviced or I could drop the car off and pick it up in 3 days, what? So, what am I supposed to do for 3 days without a car? I waited 3 hours on 3/19 to get them installed and now they want me to wait 3-4 hours for them to fix my tires. I asked to speak to a manager. The guy went back to get *** the manager on the shift I guess (the guy with the messed-up eye). He comes out walks right past me and goes to sit down, I asked him was he the manager, he said yes. I asked him why does it take so long to get tires fixed, he said because he can't get anyone to come to work. I said well really I have nothing to do with that, I said I wish I knew when I bought the tires that I would have to make an appointment for flat tires that are a month old. He starts yelling and said, sit the f*** down and wait or leave, I yelled and told him not to ever yell at me. I TOLD HIM I WAS FILING A BBB COMPLIANT HE SAID SO, THEY AINT GONNA NOTHING. HE CALLED THE POLICE, DID YOU HEAR THAT. WESTLAND POLICE ARRIVED ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED, AND I TOLD THEM, HE SAID IT WAS ONE CAR AHEAD OF ME, THAT I COULD WAIT AND I WOULD HAVE, BUT WHEN THE WESTLAND POLICE ASKED ME FOR ME NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, IT WENT DOWNHILL EVEN MORE, THEY WANT TO CAN RUN MY NAME SEE IF I HAVE WARRANTS, FOR SOME WORDS, I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO THEM, BUT *** DID. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS RACIST PLACE, IF I WAS WHITE I CAN GUARANTEE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED THE POLICE. CALLING THE POLICE IN THIS DAY AND TIME CAN GET A BLACK PERSON KILLED BY THE POLICE. I CALLED CORPORATE IT GET MY REFUND, LEFT A MESSAGE NO RESPONSE. The new tires they gave me are the same tires I was putting air in before I GOT "NEW TIRES". SO THEY CAN'T BE NEW

      I bought tire last year and the front one at already worn out They said we will do a trade warranty replacement they want to put my information and they couldnt because somebody put the wrong mileage on a DOT so now I cant replace them they want to charge me $298 for two new tires I paid last year or $500 plus for 4 tire They told me that they came with warranty to because they matched other peoples prices and I went there to do that they said that I didnt have warranty on my tires and I told them that they told me that I had warranty

      ON 3/22/21 We took in our 2014 vehicle to have a few issues looked at and hopefully fixed. It has been anything but fixed. We needed the a/c looked at because it wasn't working. We were told that the A/C line had broke, so they replaced it and ran all these tests. Only a few months later, that same line had busted again and now the car was overheating. Come to find out that the air compressor bolts had been snapped at the tips as if someone had tried to move it or pull it out and could not do it. 1.) if this were in issue previous to them working on it, why did they not notice it? The A/C line connects directly to the compressor. 2.) This is not the first time that we have gotten this car back only to have multiple more things broken than what were before we took it in. It's getting extremely tiring dealing with this company doing subpar work and getting vehicles back that are even more broken than before. All I want is for them to own up to what they've done and refund me my money so I can get this work done properly. I do not trust them to lay a finger on another car as I don't know what might come back as broken. This is the second time now that I'm having to fight this company for breaking MY vehicle. I tried to explain the situation to the store manager and all he told me was that the technician was a great worker that has been with them for a very long time, but all I've seen is shotty work and damage done to my vehicle. To reiterate, I would like a refund so I can get the work that they were supposed to do, done correctly this time. You cannot trust this company to be left alone with your vehicle. I was also not offered the option to keep my broken parts, which is stated in the papers. I wasn't even given the option to inspect the parts if they were to heavy. I feel as though I've been taken advantage of.

      This business is completely unprofessional and will not help with the damages they have caused to vehicle if they would like to contact me myself as they have not returned my calls, I would be more than willing to provide evidence in regards to what they have done to our vehicle.  But as the company has avoided my calls and request to speak to someone, I feel it only fair to compensate everything that theyve cause wrong. Its $639 worth of damage and labor that we are now having to pay for, lest we not forget that we already paid this company to do that work and they only cause further damage. I do not think it is asking to much as you are just a money hungry greedy corporation who clearly only cares about employees and their money. They provide less than satisfactory work and do not care at all about their customers.
