    Hello, upon checking into this hotel, we noticed the lobby was filthy. We asked to use the restroom which was out of order so we waited to use the one in our own room after checking in. We were then told the bathroom in our own room was out of order and that we would need to wait unti it was ready. While standing at the front desk, we noticed a mouse run across the hall way which was enough for me to know I could not stay in a hotel as disgusting as this. We then saw an intoxicated guest who seemed like he lived there, walked into the lobby with an open bottle of alcohol. While waiting, another customer complained that he had no towels, his room was dirty upon checking in and there was hair in his sink. ******, the front desk clerk immediately ran my credit card to ensure he received the full payment once he saw that we had second thoughts about staying. He told me I'd have to wait until Monday (two days later) to ask the hotel manager for the refund since we decided to stay elsewhere.It took 3 DAYS for someone at the front desk to finally answer the phone when I called for a refund. *********************, the hotel mgr would not issue a refund since I did not check in and physically enter the room. Why would I want to stay in a room without a working bathroom and after seeing a mouse in the filthy lobby? To make matters worse, the hotel room costs were inflated to $300/night since it was grad weekend at ****************. They will not refund this $668 transaction because I would not stay in their mouse-infested hotel. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos in the description which were taken from another hotel. Sliding patio screens and curtains were torn, furniture was sitting outside by people who lived at the hotel, abandoned cars in the parking lot with flat tires, and garbage sitting outside with overgrown lawn.     I was sold a disgusting room that didnt have any power and didnt tell us and when I told the manager (*********************) he gave us another room with no power so I told him could I get a refund he said no they dont do refunds even though he knowingly sold me a room with no power then lied and said he told me, but the whole reason I was there was because a storm knocked the power out at my house so why would I spend $132 dollars on a hotel with no power it doesnt make any sense to me, and after looking at there reviews Im surprised there even still in business, its so many complaints about poor customer service and how disgusting this hotel is, they have to be stopped
