Unwilling to pay attention to shoppers when you send a message. No phone number to call to dispute or clarify. The scheduler rarely respond s to the email( the only way to contact them). They live to penalize you for things you can easily clarify if someone did their actual job there. Terrible company with zero compassion.

I have been completely mystery shops for 2 years for various companies, and most companies pay me for higher end mystery shops (resorts, hotels, steakhouses). I have never received complaints, notifications of errors, or rejections, as I am very careful to answer questions accurately and with enough detail. This is the first company I have completed mystery shops for who asks for clarifications for errors I did NOT make. Either the individual reviewing the survey is not great at his/her job, or the questions are not written well. I dont recommend using this company as its more of a headache than its worth.Second To None, Inc.

My experiences have been positive. I have nothing negative to report. The schedulers that I have worked with are easy to communicate with. They have always responded to me promptly. It is a best practice that if you have inquiries do not wait until the last minute. If you are uncertain about assignments be sure to understand the details before accepting. The guidelines are very thorough and the expectations are set ****************** are on time and the opportunities available are exciting! I did not get paid to share this information, and I have been established with this company for more than a couple of years, taking assignments when I have the availability and knowing for certain it is something I can commit to.Second To None, Inc.

Horrible support and rude employees.. but they pay on time. Dont count on ******** to respond for a few days and when /if she does she is impolite and unprofessional.Second To None, Inc.

**************,We see that you applied to be a mystery shopper with us nearly a year ago, however our records show you have not requested or completed a single assignment with us. In this case, it is difficult to understand how or when you may have interacted with any of our shopper support staff. Perhaps you have confused us with another mystery shopping company? 1 starI performed two mystery shops for Second-To-None, and I was cheated on both shops. I performed EVERYTHING in the shop details. The second shop was an online mystery shop. I submitted all my information on the deadline the next day they deleted the shop. The first shop I performed it submitted my report FULLY answered ALL questions on the report. It stayed pending, when I inquired about the second shop I was advised that it was "recalled." When I pushed further to know what happened I was advised that the first report was NOT completed by the deadline with a very terse attitude. I know exactly what I did and when it was completed. In the end I wasted my time for chump change and they cheated me and wasted my time. I am so glad to know that they are not my first experience as a Mystery Shopper. There are others that compensate well. This is NOT one of them. You will be wasting your time for cookie money. STAY clear of them. I do not believe the positive reviews are legitimate.Review fromKristin F

Second to None is a reputable company. Ive done a few shops for them and been paid without any issue. If someone is pretending to be them you should give them bad reviews. Your reviews dont reflect the character of this company. This is NOT a paid review.Second To None, Inc.
