Unwilling to pay attention to shoppers when you send a message. No phone number to call to dispute or clarify. The scheduler rarely respond s to the email( the only way to contact them). They live to penalize you for things you can easily clarify if someone did their actual job there. Terrible company with zero compassion.

I have been completely mystery shops for 2 years for various companies, and most companies pay me for higher end mystery shops (resorts, hotels, steakhouses). I have never received complaints, notifications of errors, or rejections, as I am very careful to answer questions accurately and with enough detail. This is the first company I have completed mystery shops for who asks for clarifications for errors I did NOT make. Either the individual reviewing the survey is not great at his/her job, or the questions are not written well. I dont recommend using this company as its more of a headache than its worth.Second To None, Inc. Response

My experiences have been positive. I have nothing negative to report. The schedulers that I have worked with are easy to communicate with. They have always responded to me promptly. It is a best practice that if you have inquiries do not wait until the last minute. If you are uncertain about assignments be sure to understand the details before accepting. The guidelines are very thorough and the expectations are set ****************** are on time and the opportunities available are exciting! I did not get paid to share this information, and I have been established with this company for more than a couple of years, taking assignments when I have the availability and knowing for certain it is something I can commit to.Second To None, Inc. I performed two mystery shops for Second-To-None, and I was cheated on both shops. I performed EVERYTHING in the shop details. The second shop was an online mystery shop. I submitted all my information on the deadline the next day they deleted the shop. The first shop I performed it submitted my report FULLY answered ALL questions on the report. It stayed pending, when I inquired about the second shop I was advised that it was "recalled." When I pushed further to know what happened I was advised that the first report was NOT completed by the deadline with a very terse attitude. I know exactly what I did and when it was completed. In the end I wasted my time for chump change and they cheated me and wasted my time. I am so glad to know that they are not my first experience as a Mystery Shopper. There are others that compensate well. This is NOT one of them. You will be wasting your time for cookie money. STAY clear of them. I do not believe the positive reviews are legitimate.Review from Kristin F

Second to None is a reputable company. Ive done a few shops for them and been paid without any issue. If someone is pretending to be them you should give them bad reviews. Your reviews dont reflect the character of this company. This is NOT a paid review.Second To None, Inc. Response

It seems that several people have been scammed by someone pretending to be an associate with second to none. I am a shopper with second to none and have had nothing but great experiences. I have never been asked for any personal info except what is required by law for proper identification and tax forms. I have completed many shops for second to none and received my pay with no issues. If you have been scammed by someone pretending to be with second to none you should not give the actual company a bad review. I was not paid for this review.Second To None, Inc. Response

I was texting with a gentleman named *********************************** I had to sign up for coinbase, which is a crypto currancy app. At one point he asked for my login ID and password to coinbase to up the amount of a certain limit. I wasn't comfortable giving that information to someone I didn't know. Then he brought up sending a non-disclosure agreement through email. I received it, but it wasn't worded correctly. I also called the lawyer whose stamp was on the agreement but his office had never heard of 2nd to None. So I blocked the number and came here to write this.Second To None, Inc. Response

SCAMMMMMM!!!!! They push and push for your credit card information. ******************* did not send fluent text messages, they were choppy and did not make sense. When I asked for details about things they would repeat things that were already stated then push for you to proceed to the credit card registration so they " deposit your payment and reimbursement on your credit card. ************* initiated the employment text and has you text your info to **** and then boom they want personal info and push to get your credit card. This individual has not had any interaction with our company. It would appear she has been communicating with a scam operator or other fraudulent individual representing themselves as our company. Second To None does not ask our mystery shoppers for any credit card information, ever, nor do we communicate with our registered shoppers via text. We are sorry you have had an experience with a scammer. It simply was not us.
