Two starts only because the installer was nice and showed up on time in inclement weather, otherwise I would have given one star. The runners were not leveled, leaving the entire structure crooked- a nightmare for sheetrock and floor installation. Many bent nails left in above the surface, which we had to remove prior to painting. Some pieces in the roof structure installed backwards which then had to be removed and replaced. Several pieces left on crooked, so we had to go in and cut them to shore them up. The work we have done to fix the install was more time than if we had done the installation ourselves. The installers need to have training.Backyard Products

Horrible communication, Installation is horrible. Over 20 nails not embedded and just bent over hammered into siding, multiple s**** holes where a s**** was installed in wrong spot then removed leaving holes. Installer broke a piece of the pre fab cut front face siding. Leaving the untreated wood exposed. Doors are not hung level. Wish i could leave the pictures.Backyard Products

I would give 0 stars if possible. ***** in the office was completely disrespectful and 100% unprofessional. Their lack of communication skills was horrific. Wishin g I read the reviews before reaching out to this company. Was sworn at and completely disrespected. I highly DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. They are a complete waste of time. I have no idea how this company is actually running. Seems like a scam. Do anything you can to avoid this place. I could not belive rhe pure lack of professionalism. Completely atrocious behavior. Check all reviews before ever contacting them.after calling and emailing multiple times I went to their ********** location and I left complete disgusted with management. I do not appreciate being sworn at. They need to get there act together or CLOSE THEIR BUISNESS. By the other reviews it doesnt appear as if they do much of anything anyways..Backyard Products

What horrible customer service. They shipped THEIR product with the wrong brackets and rather than making it right they cost me an extra $300 to correct their mistake. I had a wonderful experience with Backyard Products. Ordered on line, within 2 days I was emailed a contact and a proposed installation date. Installer arrived on time and on the date proposed. Installer extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Approximate time was 7 hours to full completion.Backyard Products

So far not a good experience. Install and delivery by 12pm. Didn't happen. *** claimed my phone number was off by a number and yet called. They have my email. *** says need pics. I sent 5. Easy install. A tentative reschedule is set for 09/30. I knew something was wrong. Excuses is all I'm hearing.Backyard Products

I wish I could say my experience with the purchase and install of this shed was worth it. I purchased 6/27. first install date was 8/2. Received a call 2 weeks prior confirming. 8/2 comes and goes with no contact whatsoever. No one shows up, No phone call, cant get ahold of the location that was supposed to install. Backyard products main customer service gave me the run around we cant get ahold of them but well have them call you, multiple times. Never showed to install or call to apologize, nothing. A week later I received a text saying the tentative date for my install was 8/27. still no phone call. 8/27 comes, no one shows, no phone call, text. I finally get in contact with ****. Nice guy, apologies profusely and I had the shed FINALLY installed 9/1. BUT, they sent 1 person to install the shed, he didnt get to my place until 11:30am and worked non stop til 10pm. (I live in a trailer court so this was pushing the no-noise hours). And honestly, Im not thrilled with my shed. I dont blame the technician AT ALL. He was alone, crunched on time (I dont blame him for not wanting to come back the next day), and worked non stop all day to finish. But for the price I paid, I am not very happy with my shed. I waited SO LONG for this and spent too much time on the phone with customer service, to be disappointed. Communication was nearly nonexistent, they kinda set the technician up for failure, and if I had any other option, I wouldve taken a different route. Im not thrilled. Where I stand right now, I dont think I could recommend this company and feel good about it.Backyard Products

Was supposed to have a shed installed today from their other business (Shed Liquidators), seems like they work under various names, cancelled last minute due to weather (that never happened), did not inform me I had to contact them first. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I have read various reviews and it seems they are unreliable changing dates with no notice, bring the wrong products, AND arrive without add-ons that customers order. I'm sorry that you had a less than excellent experience. All dates that are give are a tentative. If there is bad weather, an installer has an emergency or a truck breaks down are all reasons that can cause a delay. Summer time is our busiest time of year and our branches and the customer service team do our best to address issues as quickly as possible so that our customers have a good experience.Review fromHeidi D

This company has zero integrity or customer service. I purchased a playset on 4/29/2024, I finally received confirmation that my installation would be 6/14/2024. That day came and went and no one showed up or communicated with me that they would not be showing up. They called me on the following Monday to reschedule my installation. They then proceeded to reschedule my installation 5 times. No call, no apologizing, they only rescheduled through there automated email system and text messages. My last installation was scheduled for today, 7/30/2024. I received a text message from a subcontractor the night before asking if my playset was at my house. I was never told that I needed to pick up my playset. When I called the next day, no one answered until 2pm in the afternoon after they sent me an automated message that my installation date was pushed back. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, *****, I was transferred and no voicemail was available. I asked where my product was and if I could get it delivered to my house and forgo the installation and they told me they would not be able to do that until end of August/beginning of September because they "prioritize" installation. The lack of customer service is appalling. I don't understand how this company can still be in business.Backyard Products

Good Afternoon,I apologize that you did not have a good experience with us. I have reviewed the account and it shows that there were 4 rescheduled counts before you canceled your order. Our local branch would have been able to get you in for the following week. We state that our dates are tentative dates due to several reasons. With your order, there was a builder availability issue and unfortunately, due to the admin availability, the branch did not have someone in the office to answer calls or make the changes during the time you were calling in.
