      Maserati is an over-rated brand. The value you get for a $100K vehicle is just not there. Here is a list of things missing to consider Maserati a luxury vehicle- this is a 2022 Maserati Levante Modena SUV:Heater horrible Sound system too low, bad speaker when talking on phone Touch screen not sensitive enough Bluetooth disconnects frequently You can't toggle through favorites from your steering wheel, have to use the touch screen Turning radius is limited Big plastic cover instead of rag that can be pulled over in the back No parking by itself in small spaces with key No wireless cell phone charger?Cup holders inside center console? Why?No cup holders in back side doors Front paint already chipping The paint on the rims is cheap Water seeps in during car wash or rain even into gas tank Is there a Maserati app? Found out yes, but it doesn't work The moon roof doesn't open all the way

      ******* and ******** should be fired. ******* the "supervisor" laughed at me, talked over me, raised his voice at me as I am one of the customers he is paid to take care of. ******** allowed her personal beliefs to affect her job and hung up the phone on me when I mentioned my fully warranted opinion. A ******* car and I am hung up on by two "care" representatives. Strung along since October with several diagnostic tests done only to tell me they will not replace my engine due my "negligence" in not maintaining the vehicle and my negligence in purchasing a vehicle in the condition it was and I shouldn't of been so naive. Did not care or show any compassion when I mentioned the death of my father. They are manipulators and do not acknowledge a word you say about factual information they just continue to deny deny and say everything is "heresay" when it's actually been proven true. They did nothing to the dealership that sold me an non inspected unsafe vehicle with bald tires, low oil, and worn out break pads. They said they are independently owned and nothing they can do. I asked how they can allow such a dealership to represent their brand no response. I asked what am I supposed to do with the vehicle I bought less than a year ago, they said it is my discretion. Absolutely deplorable people who are damaging the maserati brand.

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at the Central ******* Maserati service department. My experience with the alignment work, has been nothing short of a disaster. To provide you with some context, I purchased my new 2022 Levante 10 months ago (from ***********************). I live in ******* and thus I had my alignment done in *******. Fast forward to last Friday September the 8th where I had a blow out. My car was taken to ******* serv department. They called me the next day to tell me I need 2 new tires and another alignment. I drove the car ***** from the time they did the alignment and the wheels from the front view looked normal. ***** from their service department told me it was because I had not done the alignment and I told him to check my service records because they were the ones that did it as he confirmed later in the conversation. This brings me to this Monday where another service person ***** and told me my blowout had nothing to do with the alignment and my tires are worn out.Mind you I purchased additional coverage for $3,000 for wheel and tire protection. My faith in their abilities of this service department has been shattered due to the mishandling of an alignment job and covering up the improper service. Little did I know that this visit would turn into a nightmare 10 months later where I was driving off the highway where the blowout took place. It is disheartening to see that Central ******* Maserati failed to meet even the most basic expectations. This is my 3 rd service.I thank God I was not driving at 70 miles per hour when this took place. As a customer who values and cherishes their vehicle, I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall service and commitment shown by Central ******* Maserati's service department.       Worst customer service ever. Never reply to your email, and always the same answer we cannot do anything. I drove my Levante 2023 less than I go, a loner. After everything is resolved takes three months to wait for the reimbursement check for 20 days; whenever you call, they reply sorry, we cant do anything. Email never reply sick and tired my biggest mistake.

      I rarely write a review but felt compelled to do so after the terrible experience I had with Maserati America. I have a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte that I purchased new. It has been garaged all the time and driven only 24k miles. *** dashboard started to peel off at the edge which is definitely a factory defect. I contacted Maserati America who decided that after what they claim a comprehensive review to offer that I pay for half the $5000 repair bill *** representative I dealt with and her manager were very unprofessional and kept repeating that the car is out of warranty but will no address the factory defect issue. I think a car as expensive as the Maserati Quattroporte should not have a defect like this I think that Maserati America is very unreasonable and exhibited poor customer service attitude I will never buy another Maserati because of this and tell others to be very careful about getting a Maserati because of all the technical problems and follow up services ***re are many other cars that are much better in quality and customer service. I will rate them at less than a one star if it was possible. Be very careful Update: I tried to contact Maserati North America as they suggested in their response to my earlier review and sent them an email but unfortunately they did not bother to respond back. This is another indication of the poor customer service or the lack of it that they exhibit ***y dont stand behind their product and dont respect the clients who invested a lot of money buying a Maserati. Stay away from Maserati and invest in a different car manufacturer you will be happier and better taken care of than Maserati can provide and you will get a better built car. Stay away from Maserati

      Im wiring to inform everyone that on June 11th 2022 I purchase a used vehicle from ******** Maserati in ********** **. A week later ,the vehicle start acting not properly and the 3rd time I drove it the emergency brakes went on while driving the vehicle on route 50 towards *********. Only the traffic save me and my girlfriend as this vehicle is extremely fast and issues like this could lead to bad consequences for my self and my girlfriend. The car was brought back to ******** Maserati and return about 10 days ago. Report was given to me from service department and its pretty self explanatory that the vehicle has issues. At the this point me and my entire family want to cancel the loan and have my $10k down payment return. Ive send multiple emails to the general manager ***** and ****** and nobody returns my calls accept ****** who refer me to speak with ***** and ***** never answer after I left 8 voicemail.

      *************** Mesarti dealership they earn below zero review when to comes service. My daughter bought a new Levante couple of months ago. Today the vehicle completely shut down. She called a friend for help and they thought it may be gas, which they added some, with no luck. Stranded in the middle of the road trying to call help number, they hung up on her several times. Finally called a tow truck, to drop the vehicle at the dealer, where they added more gas with no luck to run the engine. And here is the worst part when she reached the service department to notify them with issue and requested a loaner vehicle till they determine what is the problem. She was bombred with ************* Cue calling him self a service consultant. First he was very intregratory and rude, informing her he can't do anything since she did not have an appointment, seriously. Second he instructed her to go to interprise rental to get her self a rental, third he said it may take to two to three days before he even can have some one to look into the vehicle. Forth he determined immediately with out even checking the vehicle that she had to pay for all repairs, because the gas light came out, followed by immediate vehicle shutdown. If that is the case, two attempts to add gas to vehicle with no absolute luck to crank the engine. But ************** service expert diagnosed the vehicle virtually and found an opportunity to ***** off customers with unnecessary expense that should be covered by the manufacturer warranty, I guess more money to the dealer. You thing you want invest $100k to drive a nice vehicle and backed by top notch service, please think twice.I which I have read the reviews below before.

      We purchased a new Maserati Levante Gran Lusso in September 2018. Instead of being proud and happy owners of a Maserati, we have become the laughing stock of our family and friends and they have nicknamed our car "Miserati". Here's why: In May 2020, the check engine light came on along with a message indicating “Service electronic throttle control”. The same issue has appeared 4 times since May 2020 and the car has been at the dealership for a cumulative of 2 months for repairs. We have been in a conversation with Maserati NA since June 2021. They assured us after the third occurrence in July 2021 that the problem had been resolved. However, the problem recurred in Aug 2021 and the car is currently at the dealership for one week and counting. The response from Maserati NA has been that their technicians are trying to resolve the problem, but that would have been true the first three times as well. At this point we have lost confidence in the ability of the car to function properly and we hope someone from the Maserati leadership can help us get a reliable car.
