    I purchased a product from this company, and company did not provide. Company sent a different cheap product in place of the product I ordered. I have contacted the company multiple times and continue to receive no help. The store takes my information and guarantees they will call me back and resolve within the day. This has occurred 4 times, and store has yet to contact me with any resolution or effort to resolve the issue. The most recent call I made I requested requested to have the product returned and refunded; store said they would look into it and call me back within 20 minutes to resolve the issue. At this point, I am realizing they have no intention to call me back or resolve the issue
