    Went through a computer update, and the **** Pay was eliminated from my account into. Went into my account, reset up re-occurring payments to find that the original payments were getting paid as well. So needless to say, we're making duplicate LARGE payments on SEVERAL loans, once being a Mortgage. I contacted the ** as soon as I could and sat on hold for well over 1/2 an hour to find out that the "**** Pay" portion of their website is with another company that they work with. Had to call that company, sat on hold for over 1/2 hour to find out that Copco has 2 profiles set up, one that I can't access from their website. This means that 1, anything paid can't be stopped OR changed in any way. They also said that Copoco can stop the payments. I was disconnected due to a dead spot, called Copoco back and they can't see the second profile and said that I need to call the company that handles **** pay. So here I am, sitting on hold with the **** *********** 15 minutes later..... still on hold. So now, I'm going on 2 hours of dealing with an issue that Copco could and should have handled prior to the System Update. I do NOT recommend this Credit Union. Stay Away. Giving one star becuase there isn't any NEGATIVE stars available.
