They entered my property, shut off my main power breaker, and my main waterline underneath my home, also my house was peeked into and had pictures taken of the inside and then sent to myself, and my park management. With the picture sent to my phone, a text was also attached threatening to garnish my wages for the home. There was also no formal notice given that Castle would be coming by the park for checks. This is unethical, shady, illegal, and not the first time I have heard or seen of these actions being taken. I have notified my park manager and filed a report to the Bay ************************* I believe this is discrimination, harassment, and mildly threatening. Someone outside of the company that owns my water main, and power breaker should not be able to tamper with them and cut off my basic needs; it is my understanding that that is illegal.

In response to a complaint made by *****************************:
We went to Mr ********* property to repair a water leak. Consumers had already shut off his power, we had nothing to do with that. My workers smelled a horrible stench and as he was not home and did not answer the phone they looked in the windows, the room was covered in dog feces. We did text him a picture of that and asked if that is how he lives.

He failed to tell you is he is living in our home that his mother is on the contract, he is not, they have not made a payment in 5 months and are being evicted. The Bay county sheriff stopped to talk to ** and we explained the situation and he told ** if we need help getting him to leave to call him.
I'm sorry but he's trying to make us the villain when he doesn't want to pay his bills.

    Sincerely,
