    On July 2, 2025 I placed an order to have some glasses done through glasses ********. Upon receiving the order, I could tell something was off. Ive reached out to the company and they gave me a credit and told me to check my prescription. I did so and according to my doctors, they did not follow the prescription accurately and left some things out. After finding this out, I approached the glasses company informing of this and requesting a full refund. They would not allow it. I ended up taking those glasses and getting the lenses put in by us a brick and mortar store. I attempted to use the credit with an updated prescription in good faith that this time it would be corrected after being told originally they would expedite my issue due to it being their fault they would not accommodate. I have now lost my ****** credit and they will do nothing to assist. I dont know if this website is legit I do not know of anyone who has used it. I just know my issue and I have lost money.

    My letter to the company To whom it may concern,I have been trying to adjust to my glasses to no avail!I went to an eye doctor had my eyes reexamined and my recent glasses check to verify my prescription. I was told that my new glasses were way off from my prescription that I had provided.Because of this my eyes have changed again in my prescription!I have glaucoma and cataract in both eyes and I am taking prescription eye drops for treatment.I paid for my glasses and was not have not been able to see at all!I want a full refund!I can be reached at ************ eastern standard time. Thank you for ordering from GlassesShop.Regards, GSYY So I provided all the information than was told its over the 30 day warranty!Which included script submitted that was done incorrectly and a new script now because of wearing incorrect script!

    I purchased two pairs of glasses from GlassesShop, and both had major issues. First, one pair arrived with the wrong prescription, which the company admitted was their mistake and refunded. However, a few months later, the second pair developed a serious material defectthe plastic on the nose and cheek area bubbled and tore, despite normal use.When I contacted GlassesShop about the defective pair, they initially offered to send only a replacement frame, expecting me to swap the lenses myself, which I found unacceptable. After requesting a proper replacement or refund, the company refused, citing a 30-day warranty limit. In their latest response, they wrongly blamed me, claiming the damage was caused by "heat or corrosive substances"a completely false accusation.This is a clear manufacturing defect, not customer misuse. Furthermore, this is the second major quality issue I have experienced with GlassesShop, demonstrating poor quality control and negligence. A company should stand behind its products, especially when defects occur shortly after purchase.

    I recieved glasses, habe never ordered from them before, and am not happy with the frames in general or the lenses. They hurt my eyes. When i contacted them just 2 days after recieving the glasses, they first said they would give all points to me to get new glasses and have me keep the glasses. When I wanted a full refund and to return the glasses, they then said they only do 50% or would only give me a portion of the points for glasses and said i have to pay for shipping. They kept going back and forth on me keeping the glasses and what refund / compensation i would get when I would prefer to have my money returned completley. It was cheaper for single lenses anyway since they gave me progressive bifocals that hurt my vision. So i didnt understand when it would save them money to make single lenses. I had never had a glasses place not fully refund your money and i have extremely unhappy. They were not cheap. I can send the BBB the email threads if they want.

    I have tried contacting this company through email, chat, and they will not allow me to log in to my account. I made a purchase that they never sent me a receipt for. they will not send me one. i want a refund or I want my product within a week.Order # **********
