    On December the 15th i called in after noticing an entire slew of charges made on my quickbooks checking account that I had not made. I called them and we went over the fraudulent charges. They even asked me to file a police report and then send them a handwritten letter stating all we had just gone over and mail it to an address in ****. They told me they would let me know of their decision within 10 days or provisional credit my account On the 30th I called and asked where it stood and was told no no I miss heard them that it's 10 business days and I had 3 more to go. So I waited until this morning and called they gave me the run around and went as far as to say they didn't see an investigation on their end at all. Problem with that is I had to jump through hoops to accommodate them by filing the police report and writing out a letter sending it all in while they sat and were dishonest the entire time about the credit. With my business all calls are recorded in and out from our phones I went back and reviewed one associate even said you will see the credit by the time our call ends. Just wrong.
