    Wow. I got a quote right away and the price was reasonable. They came out on time and had the kitchen completely transformed in under a day. There were a few unexpected issues that they fixed as well so its even better than promised. I cannot wait to have them come and tackle several more projects.

    Arrived and completed work in scheduled time frame. The guys were friendly. Not only did they fix the damage to my garage they added extra supports which were never there but should have been.Its nice to have finally found a company willing to fix my garage...bye bye squirrels!

    In August 2022, The president of company, *************************, came to my home to give me estimates on work I needed done. In *********** asked me twice to inform him of what I needed done and the 2nd time wanted photos. So, when he showed up, I asked him, ok, what's on my list? He responded, Whatever you would like done. I asked again, What's on the list? ( I didn't have it right in front of me. I just woke up 30 minutes before he arrived and I was not in good spirits based something that had nothing to do with him. ) He responded again, whatever you would like done, mam... So, I responded, so you don't have my list (you know the one you asked for twice and requested photos) He looked down on his phone and mentioned a couple things, and I said, oh yes, as it ****** my memory. I asked him if he fixed pools and he said, well, it depends on what it is. So, we preceded to the back deck looking out at the pool that was in obvious disrepair. On his way out to the deck, I motioned for him to just walk past me when I was at the top of the stairs and he growled at me............. I'm for real.......... Then I said, so what do you think, as the pool is right in front of him. He says, about what? About the pool. And he responds, About what? I look at him like, what are you blind?!! He then tells me that he's leaving and to call him back when I'm not in a bad mood. That he doesn't need my negative attitude attached to him.. The guy is truly, a Mad Dad......... Great name for your attitude. Of course, I'm not calling this A hole back...

    HIs crew did a great job, but missed a couple of things. I had a follow up call with the owner to discuss, and he turned completely rude and unprofessional on the phone. He called me names and used profanities. I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me. I was flabbergasted and appalled. I would never recommend this company solely based on the owners behavior. I think his crew should go find themselves another employer. I have never left reviews about a company or service on the internet prior to this experience. It was so disgraceful I had no choice, because people should know what they will be dealing with if they are considering hiring this company.

    Hi ***, As I discussed with your whole team, those were mistakes made by your *********** me the wrong information. Your clients hate your company and you guys aren't helpful to your installers at all! So I quit working with you. That is not reason to give a bad review. I will wait to install anymore of your products until we can resolve this. Thanks.
