    If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is complete trash and needs to close! Read the reviews! Its not about the money its the principle they have not one sign posted that states they do not do refunds Im completely dissatisfied with my glasses the prescription is completely wrong and the lenses look like theyre not even made for the frames I cant see out of them at all they told me to keep wearing them and come back I cannot wear them because the prescription is wrong!!!! So I tried to come up the next day and get a refund and they were so rude and disrespectful and would not give me a refund and said I need to come speak with the owner to resolve the problem.. the sign they have posted says money back guarantee.. they proceeded to tell me that they paid for my lens to be made and will not give me a refund which I then proceeded to tell them that MY INSURANCE AND I PAID FOR THEM NOT THEM! They had nothing to say after that and said they are just done talking to me. Theyre a whole scam in there if Im not satisfied with what I BOUGHT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I will be going back in Tuesday to see if we can come to an agreement and if not just to voice my opinion to the owner on how terrible his staff treats their patients.
