    I've worked here for years and they've always treated me outstandingly. They care about their employees and will go above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. The owner is a fabulous lady and I've been very happy with my time here.

    LaGarda is the most terrible place to work, they show favoritism to certain employees, they cheat they're employees out of money, they false advertise that they offer benefits such as health insurance PTO (Paid Time Off) when in fact do not, ****** (manager) insites conflict within the employees, communication in this so called company is more than inadequate it's completely terrible, they're scheduling process is terrible, I would most definitely not recommend anyone even someone who is 1st starting out with employment but even those whose looking for a second income, they don't & ********** direct deposit.....only reason why it's 1 star is because I couldn't leave it at nothin which is what they deserve nothin.
