      I placed an order over cyber Monday and it arrived Friday but was missing a blade which is valued over $70. I reached out to the company through the Shopify site, Instagram, and email with pictures of my order, and the order number and list of items purchased to show what was missing. There has been no reply from the company in any of the forms I reached out. I would like a replacement for the missing item, or a refund, but I have yet to hear back from them at all

      On 10/22/21 I placed an order at Hyper Blades under order#*****. I received my order and a few months later one of my knife blades snapped in half while I was cutting a cardboard box with it. I attempted to reach out to customer service through their webpage at least three times and never received a reply. I even called their office number, which has now been taken off of their page, two times and left voicemails. My last attempt at contact was when I messaged the company on their Instagram page. The company advertises a lifetime warranty on their page but I believe theyre not answering me because the product I received broke and they do not want to honor their warranty. I find it strange that there is no listed phone number or email contact availability on their website. I would either like my warranty fulfilled or a refund.

      On August 31, 2022 I ordered two knives from this company (order #*****). I paid and have a receipt indicating my payment method. Shipping indicated it would take three to seven days to receive the knives. It has been almost three weeks and I have not heard from the business. I have left them over three emails and have called them leaving at least three voicemails, still not response from the business. All I am trying to figure out was there a problem with payment, are the knives on backorder or whatever the case may be. However, they do not communicate.

      Ordered a product had to go file it complaint with my bank to get reimbursed contacted the seller they said it was shipped out the shipment ended up in **** ***** ******* called the post office the post office said they think I got scammed he seen it before can’t get a hold of hyper blades to get resolution want to help other people not have the same problem

      I purchased their "lightning" stun gun/flashlight as a Christmas gift for my husband on 12/12/2021 for $52.00 on their website. The flashlight works but the stun gun doesn't. I have emailed 3 times and tried calling numerous times. No one responds to my email and the phone number is an automated message. My last email stated that I would pursue this via BBB if I didn't receive a response. I wanted to replace this defective product but at this point just want my funds returned to me. I am quite disappointed because my husband is retired law enforcement and was really excited by this gift. I would like my funds returned to me as soon as possible.
