    Place is a scam!! Got me for almost $300 can't get in contact with anyone even paid for next day delivery and still couple days later nothing.

    Return policy is in essence exchanges only, no refunds. They shipped me a defective control board for my dryer. When I called and asked for a refund, I was told that their policy was no refunds after an electric part was installed in an appliance. How are you to find out a part is defective until you install it and try it out?

    I described my issue to my hvac guy over the phone. He told me what he believed the issue to be. I went to Repair Clinic as I have in the past for the replacement control panel for my furnace. I took a picture of their return policy, and went home with my part. I then waited for my hvac guy to have time to come verify it. I never took the part out of the box. It was not the issue. So I went to return it only for them to say it had been installed as their is vertical lines on it. I never took it out of the box which tells me they sold me a used part that I am not even sure works now. They said if it was returned ***** would be a sticker on it. No sticker and if there was they should have not accepted it as a return because there are marks on it and it goes against their return policy. So someone messed up and I am paying the price for it literally. Up until now I loved the business. But if i have to do business again then they will have to prove the item is new and unused before leaving the place.

    I recently had to get a new dryer belt, and Repair Clinic had exactly what I needed. The product arrived fast, and it even came with a video guide that walked me through the installation steps. Im not a repair pro, but the instructions made it easy, and I saved a lot of money by doing it myself. Repair Clinic has just about every appliance part you may need, which is a lifesaver when something breaks unexpectedly.

    ****! After waiting a month and a half for a part that was supposed to take 2 weeks to come, we had to cancel the order because we moved out of state. We have requested a refund 3 times, each time being told it has been processed and will be reflected in your next bank statement, we have still not received a refund, now 4 months later. Save your money and time, youll never receive a refund or the part you ordered.

    Repair Clinic also goes above and beyond with its tutorial videos and repair guides. I am not very experienced with DIY repairs, but their step-by-step videos made everything manageable. With clear instructions, I felt confident handling repairs on my own, saving both time and money. The site provides expert advice on diagnosing issues, which helped me pinpoint exactly what I needed for each repairno guesswork involved.

    Ordered flame sensor product. Company said it would be delivered between 11/08/2024 and 11/14/2024. Had to call finally on 11/19/2024 because no updates of it being delayed or delivered. Talked to Diamond at customer service said they just got it in. Customer and family of kids is without heat for another week. Would have been nice for an update or say we cant get the product in until another time. Below is the last response received this was on 11/07/2024 There's been a delay.The estimated ship date for Flame Sensor, has changed. The new estimated ship date is between 11/11/2024 and 11/14/******** can view and track your order here or call for assistance.     I quickly found the right pump for my washing machine on their website. The installation video was very detailed and I managed to replace the broken part myself (and Im not exactly a DIY expert!).

    I ordered a heating element for my dryer, and Im satisfied with the experience. I found the part quickly using the website's detailed search feature. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricevery reasonable compared to other sites I looked at.
