    Orchard Hill Mechanical's owner decided not to work on our furnace because we had an appointment arranged. We missed the person coming. I called back later that day to try and have him come back. He chose not to communicate with me since the call. We had someone show up a few days earlier. Making note of a potential and dangerous problem with our furnace.I'm sure the owner knows this and has a deep concern for his customers. But not if you miss an appointment. There is no forgiveness. So I will share my experience
