1 starBought a ***** trax for $6000. Got it home and noticed the battery was loose. Come to find out it wasnt even the right one for the vehicle. Replaced that. Had to replace tires as they were not the right ones for the vehicle. Then the check engine light came on. Its the turbo charger. $1500 to fix!! They sold me a lemon.Review fromShane P

1 starI am very disappointed with the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle since I bought it back in July. I have spent thousands of dollars in repair costs even with the warranty that came with it. They sell junk and should be ashamed of themselves for doing so. Would not recommend buying any vehicle from them ever.Review fromWilliam G

1 starWell let me start by saying the ***************** that helped me out was really nice. That is the only good thing I have to say about this place. I drove for 2 hours to buy a Dodge Durango Citadel. As far as I was told nothing major was wrong with it. I knew I was buying a as is car with no warranty. I just bought this on Monday 5/20. Drove 2 hours back home with a broken cooling fan busted hose on the radiator. They had tape on the air conditioning hose that was split cause they are to cheap to buy a clamp for it. They knew I had to drive it 2 hours back home when they knew it had 0% brakes left on the front and 10% left on the back. These people could have cared less if the brakes went out and I could have killed me or someone else on the road. They do not care about peoples safety they only care about selling cars at a higher price then what they are worth. If i would have known the issue i would have still bought it if they were honest with me from the start. But i would not have paid what i paid for it because now I have it in the shop being worked on for another 3k dollars. And for as big as they are and as many cars they have on the lot you would think they would be honest with people. They are running some shady business practices and I have also since learned they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend buying a car from them. And if you do please take some one who knows about cars with you. And the only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them less. Bought it on Monday 5/20/24 Had to put it in the shop on 5/22/24. These people are scammers and shady would never buy or recommend buying from them.Review fromDarryl M

1 starSon JUST purchased his first vehicle here. 2 days later check engine light pops on. Turns out the timing chain is bad and needs a whole new engine! Called Showcase 3 times. **** told he'd get a call back from a manager 2 times and hung up on once. Talking to a manager is IMPOSSIBLE! Not sure what to do now. Kids first loan and he can't even drive the vehicle. Way to stand behind your business! I'll tell everyone how they do business. I do auto loans....will definitely share my experience with fellowpurchasers. Thing is...I was warned about this place....wish I would have listened!!!Review fromKay L

5 starsI think that some folks need to get up a little bit earlier so they have longer to B.h. Many of these reviews are a crock of c*** . If someone has that much trouble with a car they would it seems take them to court.. Ive heard some great things and am looking forward to checking them out:)Review fromNicole S

My mother is in her 70s. Went to look at a truck and was completely taken advantage of due to her age, lack of knowledge, and gender. She specifically asked if anything was wrong with engine or transmission and was informed the vehicles are inspected prior to sale. She paid a $200 deposit and went home. That evening she investigated the truck online and learned the transmission had a recall. The next day she called a dealership to find out the cost of the recall and it was $1000. She called the dealership to inform them of this and they told her they were unaware of the recall and would not negotiate the price of vehicle or having the recall fixed. They informed her her deposit was non refundable. I called to speak with the manager and was informed everything is sold as is and no refund will be given. The man (manager) informed me he was the one who did the deal and informed me that she could have taken it for diagnostic testing. I tried explaining that she did her homework on the history of the vehicle and they completely took advantage of her. I asked to speak with or have the name of the owner as I would like to speak with this person. Although $200 is a a better loss compared to buying a Lemon of a vehicle, I find it shameful and sickening a company would treat our elderly like this. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this business. Very deceiving people.Showcase Auto Sales

As we told you on the phone, there was no recall on the truck your mother was going to purchase. We can provide that information from the **** dealer. If it would have had a recall, it would be free of charge from the **** dealer, as they do not charge for recalls. Whoever at the **** dealer that told you they wanted $1000 to do a recall must have misspoken. Unfortunately when we asked who you spoke with at the **** dealer, you couldnt provide a name of the person, or the dealership she supposedly called. Please provide us with more information so we can prove there was no recall.Review fromTerry W

1 starIf I could put 0 stars I would.. showcase auto sales is a scam. I bought a truck from them in June. When I bought the truck, I noticed the dpf system was deleted. Meaning the emissions was removed. Well I still proceeded to move forward with the buying process, we sit down and they offer me warranty on the vehicle 2yrs 24000 miles. I asked if they could still Warranty the truck even though it was deleted and they said *********** on to 3 months later, the engine dies, I take it in to have it fixed and the warranty company states that the truck is not covered because of the deleted emissions. I've called showcase 4 times. The first time I was hung up on. 2nd time I talked to the ** and he says he will see what he can do.. 5 days later I call 2 more times and they hangup on me. I highly advise to never use this company!Review fromJosh W

Bought the car on the lot with the less miles, ****** miles on a car. Spent $2,100 two months after that to replace the head on it. Keep impeccable maintenance on it and wouldnt you know as soon as I pay it off the engine goes out with only ******* miles on it. They also lied and said it had a clean carfax report and I found it was wrecked after very close inspection. Cheated a family with kids out of their money and now they have no transportation.Showcase Auto Sales

Are you sure you purchased this car from **? I do not see a record of selling you a vehicle. It sounds like you put over ****** miles on the car before you had a major issue. Most of the time if someone has a vehicle for that long and then it has an issue, its due to lack of maintenance. Did you do your regular oil changes? From what you have said, you have owned it for more that 80 percent of the vehicles life in miles. ** stated before though, we do not see any record of selling you a vehicle.
