    They've over-charged me twice! I paid cash both times and learned my ****** the second time around and kept my receipt. I called and left voice messages 4 times and no one ever called me back! The last voice message I stated that I was going to contact BBB so the 5th time I called, ****** finally answered. When I explained to her that again, for the second time, they over-charged me and that I have my receipt this time, she stated, "oh well, it happens!" When I told her I wanted credit from my first over-charge, she stated, "oh well, that's your problem!" (she likes to say, oh well) and ended up hanging up on me! I called right back and she hung up on me again! I've asked to speak with the owner twice now and of course, I"ve never heard from him. I wonder if he knows that his staff is stealing money from customers, acting like they never paid and charging them again! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't even begin to talk about how many times they forgot to pick up my trash!
