    I called this company to pump out my septic tank in the fall of 2023. In early 2024, after the snow thawed, I noticed that there was water above where the septic tank lid was. I called B&B back and told them. They stated that I had a bad septic field without even looking at it. I asked how that could be. The lady got very rude and said "fine, I'll just send someone out to look at it". Apparently they pumped out the tank again even though it had just been about 6 months since they pumped it out in the fall. I never asked them to pump it out the 2nd time. The lady said she was going to send someone to look at it. That is all.I also had to hire another company who actually uncovered BOTH septic tank lids and found that the filter was never cleaned by B&B. Once the filter was cleaned, the problem was solved.Now B&B is trying to charge me for the 2nd time that they pumped out the tank even though I never asked them to do so. The lady who works there only stated that she would have someone go look at it.

    Good afternoon,

     

    Yes, I spoke with the homeowner again this morning. I am just going to credit this entire invoice. He has sold the home, and it would not be fair to the new homeowners to delay their closing. 

    This account has been deleted and closed. I am sorry he feels we dropped the ball, but I am aware that he said one thing and I heard another, however, the tank was overflowing in his yard and I sent the service men over to pump it out. I am just going to walk away and count my blessings, this is only the 2nd complaint I have ever had, so I thank you for informing me of his complaint.
