    Dropped off a pair of UGG ultra mini boots to be dry cleaned that were a year old in the color Chestnut. Upon picking up, the boots were not recognizable- ruined, dark brown, different style and color- hard and texture changed! I question whether they were mine, and he refused to give me a refund as he also ruined. The integrity of the boots stained them. A different color couldnt even fit my hand inside them in the whole shape is different. He refused to acknowledge and refund me plus replace them! I cant even believe they are my shoes I left there. Advertise that they do a good cleaning and Im in disbelief ! They are irrecogbizable and ruined! The file wont attach so I will email before and after photos as well as reciept of proof I had to repurchase
