We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase. If for any reason you decide that the product you ordered does not meet your needs or just isn't the right product, simply return it to us in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly issue you a refund. No questions asked and no restocking fee if the merchandise is received within 30 days.
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact Customer Service at 855-408-4769. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number that will be placed on the outside packaging to be returned. This number must be on the packaging in order for you to receive a credit. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Returnable items are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Simply Incontinence Care will accept all items returned in their original unopened retail packaging. All items must be in re-sellable condition, new and unused.
For all products, you are responsible for the return delivery and shipping costs. You may choose to have the product picked up by our shipping service or you may wish to ship the package back to the designated warehouse yourself.
