I purchased a *** terrain to finance at *** Financial in December of 2023. By February 2024, the car cut off on me on my way to work, breaking down due to a timing chain. I had to pay to tow it home then to a shop that the owner of *** Financial, **** referred me to. That shop said I would have to get a whole different engine and fixing the timing chain wouldnt solve the problem and they were trying to charge ***** for that. So the car sat there for a month and then on March 20th it was towed to ******************************, another place the owner *** sent me to. A couple days after, *** and the mechanic told me I needed a whole new engine and the price would be 2200 instead of 1500, and *** financial would pay half. The car sat at that shop for ATLEAST 3 months waiting to be fixed. When I start asking whats taking so long the mechanic kept saying hes waiting for a piece to come in every time I went up there. When I finally got the car back it was already running hot on my way home. I called him and let him know he said its a new engine the peices have to settle and just more excuses. Now im calling *** financial and old ******* auto clinic and they both are saying they never put a new engine in to begin with, just fixed the timing chain, but thats now what I was told. I was definitely told to be patient and that I was getting a new engine now it comes out that they never put a new engine just fixed the timing chain, but the first place that *** sent my car to had already said I needed a whole new engine , so that was the whole point of sending it to ****************** auto to get a better price and I thought he was helping me. Now every shop I go to keeps saying I have a blown head gasket. Outside of the first two months I had the car, its been nonstop running hot, cutting off, and I just dont know what to do anymore. *** and old ******* clinic both told me I was getting a new engine but they both lied now Im just left paying on a car that came with a bad engine.

Purchased the car May 21,2023 told them I would pick it up when they do what is needed, they said no you just bring it back and we'll fix it well they haven't the keep decoding the problem instead of fixing the problem. Mr. *** got mad and said I'll send you to one of my people to fix the car well they haven't, I have been going through. This with them for months now, and still haven't gotten the car fixed, I just want my money back so we can find a car that will hold up to getting me back and forth where I need to go. I am on a fixed income and don't have the money to keep putting it in to the car and the Mr. *** got mad when I asked him where my second key is for the car, he makes like I got it when I picked up the license plate, but he did not give it to me. I am sick and of having to keep calling and calling for them to fix the problem Mr. *** gets mad and be yelling at me about the car. I took the car to a Dealership to have it checked out and I have documents that tell everything that is wrong with the car. I just wnat my **** dollars back so I can find a nice car with no problems like this one.
