My vehicle was dropped off to the collision shop on 1/30/2022. My car insurance paid $5000.00 for repairs. Issues began when my rental was close to depletion. I constantly called the collision shop for a date of completion. I received the run around stating my car is almost done. Which turned into the car is done it just need to be cleaned. It was delayed again stating the owner had covid and he couldnt take my payment or hand off my car to me. I went without a car for 5 days. When I picked up my car it was driven out of the garage and given directly to me. They did not inspect the car or do a walk through with me. Immediately during the drive I noticed the smell of strong paint, my car was not cleaned, and my brakes were grinding and my car was sliding when hitting the brakes. I informed the collision shop and they stayed on to give the car a few days. Its making the noise due to sitting for so long. Upon inspecting my car I was able to see my grill was pushed out on the left side, my grill and bumper was not aligned properly and my brakes were still grinding and making noises. I took my car back. The alignment was done twice and still not done correctly. I had to get a rental again as they needed more time to fix my car to align it properly and fix my brakes. I was given my car back, the alignment was better but there was still issues. My headlight was not sealed and full of gaps. I was advised the gap will close on its own. Today while driving at night, I received a sensor message stating head light is low. My entire left headlight does not work. This is unacceptable quality. My car needs to be properly serviced and fixed. I transport a four year old child. The shop had more than enough time to fix my car correctly, or should have advised when they needed more time to properly fix my car. A rush job was done due to me calling a lot as I didnt have a rental car. My insurance will not ***** me any extensions and I have to pay for rentals or the collision shop.
