    Trying to file a mini tort claim in Michigan due to an at fault driver rear ending me on the freeway and ****** *****, the at fault parties adjuster, is blatantly ignoring my correspondence. I don't give their insurance company money every month so they just ignore the law.

    Overpriced and underwhelming customer service! I pay a fraction of what I did with AAA with my new auto insurance - my only regret is not switching sooner. When I split from my parents plan years ago, *** dropped all my years of membership and started a new membership for me so I lost all those years of loyalty and paid more because of it. Anytime I call customer service, Im on the phone for a minimum 45 minutes for even the simplest tasks. My shortest call was when I called to cancel my membership and auto coverage - the agent couldnt have cared less and didnt ask me why until there was a lull because his computer was lagging. After outlining my numerous issues and concerns, he just said he was sorry to hear it and went back to cancelling my coverage. Many other options out there and *** is not what it once was. Look elsewhere and compare rates before committing.

    I waited 8 to be told they couldn't tow my car for another 4 hours. Called 6 pm in the evening for a tow. Called once an hour for the next 6 hours and was told 4 times a truck had been dispatched. At 3:30 am I was told no one was going to arrive till 8:30 am. I won't be renewing my membership.

    I needed a jump as my battery died on 11/25/24. The technician that came out was great and replaced my battery. Not less than 2 weeks later, that battery has failed, and I am at the dealer paying another $279 to get a new battery. Very frustrating to say the least and I will be re-evaluating their roadside assistance.

    *** used to be a prestigious and reliable company. My opinion now is to never use or recommend this company. Every time that I have tried to contact them, I am sent to digital requests even for road service. Messages are not answered. Humans rarely respond. My recent auto claim filed in late October has yet, of 12/4/24, not been settled. Requests for information go unanswered. They have my totaled car and title and still no resolution. What has happened to this previously 5 star company?

    *** does not stand behind what service they offer as far as road side ********** family member waited for over 4 hrs for a tow truck. Saying they were trying to find a driver. Mean time my son is waiting in the cold all this time. We kept calling and calling. Hearing were working on it. That the business theyre in, why do they not have drivers to assist paying customers? This is not the first time this has happened to us. Its unacceptable!

    I have had a homeowners claim for Hail damage since May 7 and cant get any resolution for the claim even though they raised my insurance due to the claim for damage due to a natural disaster (which they say they cant do) but did anyway.Adjuster keeps saying that he will get right on it and get back to me but never does. Totally no good company service.

    I called AAA to have them come and change a tire at my home. The technicians they outsource the job to damaged my vehicle and have not paid for it and neither has AAA and I wish I could put them on ****** reviews because what just happened is wrong but I'm just letting y'all know when those texts come out to y'all's house watch him and get their names and everything I should have did that but I didn't but AAA knows who it is and they know who they are and they know they damaged my car!!!!!!!

    Terrible Salvage Yard. I ordered a part two weeks ago. Checked on it a week later. Said part was on it's way. Still hadn't received it three days later. Contacted them again on Friday. Promised it would ship that day. Called on Monday to ask for tracking number. They were too busy to get it and would call on Tuesday. Called TWICE on Tuesday, Owner was unavailable both times. Low and behold the radio came up broken. I spent two hours talking to *** and and getting chewed out by my customer and lost the sale. Terrible, terrible place to do business.

    ********* up their organization in the recent months. They appear to have retired many of their long-time agents. As a result, the personalized service is gone and you are now dealing with a ***** number. The advise I used to get from my agent is gone because he is gone. Every time I contact them all the people are doing is blame their management of what transpired. It's a sad situation. I have been with them for 20+ years with hardly any claim. I guess there is no reward for staying with them all these years. I am currently looking around for another company that can provide me service that I expect.
